「My Guatemala adventure began at the Las Cruces hotel, and it was on my birthday, so it was extra special! The staff were incredibly attentive and friendly. The breakfast was delicious and yummy. They were so dedicated to bringing us breakfast to our room. The room was very clean, and the decor made us feel like we were in an ancestry gallery. The parking lot is a short three square walk, but it’s very easy to get there, and I felt very safe walking between the hotel and parking lot at any time....

「Honestly there are some really good things about this property - firstly the fact that it is away from the hustle and bustle of central Antigua but still really only a 10 minute walk away is a plus. It's a very quiet dead end street that's very quiet and peaceful. So "Serena" is a perfect descriptor. Secondly, the rooftop area offers a beautiful panoramic view of the valley and can be enjoyed morning tonight. Maybe they could afford to update the furnishings to make it a little more...

「Everything was excellent. Location, room, breakfast and the beautiful plants. Gelima and Rosemary were wonderful. My room was on the ground level right at the entrance so the music playing at the bar in the evening was a bit noisy but it wasn’t a big deal for me. Everything else was great. I highly recommend this place」

「The size of the room is pretty small, it looks different with the picture, the service are ok, the room is cleaned, but simple, nothing luxury,the receptionist girl is so so, the breakfast offer is good and hot, but some fly are flying around whenI was eating. If the car park is full you have to park your car outside of the street all night, after I knew this, I complained and they offer me to park another car parking (imagine if I just accepted to park on the street ), I ask the receptionist if...

「cuando llegamos no podiamos entrar porque no nos enviaron el codigo de acceso, una persona de servicio finalmente nos atendio y nos entrego la llave de la habitacion cuando le explique esto a la persona encargada me hizo ver que era mi culpa y que ellos si habian enviado los datos, aunque finalmente los recibimos 2 horas despues de haber ingresado, el cable no servia x lo que no tuvimos tv durante toda la estadia cuando llame a preguntar dijeron que era por el clima, no te ofrecen cafe ni agua...
