「It was a very handy location, just steps down the street from Sao Bento, right next to a Spar convenience store and the Porto cathedral. The hallways and the rooms are very well maintained, well lit and feels safe. There could have been more cooking utensils but we had what we needed - a fridge, plenty of eating utensils and excellently maintained bathroom, beds and sitting areas in our triple room.」

「Two reasons you should consider this hotel but many more reasons not to book!
Good things: the spa and restaurant staff are great, and the location is exceptional but they’re many other hotels next door.
Bad things:
- unfriendly receptionist: the receptionists were not attentive and friendly throughout my 3-day stay, especially the one who checked me in. I just looked at the other guest comments, it seems my bad experience was not unique to me.
- Room conditions: the room has a very small...

「The suite was amazing. Air conditioning worked great and the shower has perfect water pressure.
The area is very quiet so was just what we needed for a good night sleep.
Breakfast in the morning was incredible. My daughter is Gluten Free and lactose intolerant and the made a special breakfast for her.
Highly recommend this place!!」

「We stayed here for two nights, very good service, all the staffs here are very fariendly, the hotel loace in a very busy comercial street which is easy to get around, a lots of shops and restaurats nearby. The hotel does not have a parking space but there is a large parking garage nearby. Highly recommended.」

「Rooms were clean and even in a busy area we heard nothing at night..
Breakfast was included in our booking and served… Not a buffet which was nice..
First time in Porto and the staff answered our questions and offered suggestions..
Our airport transfer driver gave us so much information about Porto as well…
I would definitely stay here again!
Close to the river, shops, restaurants and more」
