「We had a pleasant stay at the hotel. The room was clean, and the staff were very friendly and helpful. The breakfast could be improved, as there is room for more variety and better options. The location is good for exploring Ponta Delgada city and its historical sites, with many attractions easily accessible. However, if you plan to explore other parts of the island, I highly recommend renting a small car,(free street parking after 8pm. The parking meter kick in 8am, so just get your parking...

「Perfect, added tExcellent stay! We stayed one night on Oct 21 (2 rooms, 4 adults) during our layover in Ponta Delgada, and it was a great, convenient choice. The location is central and walkable to the city gates and marina, which made our short morning in town easy. The complimentary continental breakfast was a nice bonus . Staff were friendly and helpful, and they kindly accommodated our late checkout request, which made our afternoon flight to Toronto much less rushed.」

「An absolutely beautiful place to stay in Ponta Delgada! The property is so nice to arrive to. The location is very convenient with plenty of free parking available nearby. The rooms are very clean and comfortable, and there are fantastic amenities throughout the property. We made use of the outdoor, but enclosed jacuzzi every day. Breakfast is included, and the quality of the food was excellent. Most importantly, was the friendly staff. Everyone who worked there was always very cheerful...

「This property was spotless, centrally located, and the staff really kept a distance to make it feel as if it was your home. The breakfast spread was fresh, delicious, and local. I highly recommend!」
