Beautiful views

Very spacious unit. The building itself is very quiet. There's a garage with a dedicated parking space. Gate access is needed for entry so it feels safe. The neighborhood itself is quiet with plenty of restaurants nearby for dining. The airport is about a 10 to 15 minute drive. Funchal is about a 10 minute drive. There are two outdoor balcony areas where you get a great view of the ocean. The unit was very clean. Unfortunately, the refrigerator did not work during our stay so weren't able to use it. We informed the property management company about the issue.

The location and unit were great. Views from the 2 balconies were wonderful. Communication with the property management was good, but check in was a little complicated as you have to pick up you key at their office, which isn't far from the unit, but difficult to access. Would be a lot easier if the key lock was located at the property itself. Other than that, the unit itself was wonderful.
