I travel a lot to this area and this hotel has become one of my favorites to stay in. Only issue I encountered this last visit, a lot of smoking weed in the parking lot, made the smell very unpleasant. I hope this is not a continuous issue, otherwise, I will be looking for another hotel.

Day/night shift lady who checked us in (I believe her name was Sheryl) was very welcoming, patient while I was looking for my card, and let us know about local things happening in the area. Breakfast buffet was good! Staff kept everything well stocked. Pool wasn’t heated the first night but I believe it was the second night (when we did not get to go swimming). Lots of shopping centers in the area. Property was well kept.

Hotel was showing some wear and tear. Very stuffy air in the lobby and elevator area. Hotel room was clean and spacious, clean. Even though there was convenient grocery shops nearby, this was not an area I would recommend staying - there were drug users visibly using on the sidewalk and homelessness on the corners outside the hotel. I didn't love this hotel for a family stay.

Our room was very clean, big, and the beds and sheets were comfortable. We had a problem with the a/c tripping the circuit on the cord, but the staff came in and showed us how to fix it if it happened again… which it did. The breakfast and coffee were great! The only negatives were that the outside garbage was always overfilled and the bathroom caulking looked like a kindergartner did it!

The breakfast was great, and the price was reasonable. The room lacked some basic amenities that would have been nice. Otherwise it was great!
