I thoroughly enjoyed my stay at the Glorieta Hotel in Santa Fe. The location is excellent—just five minutes from the Plaza and surrounded by fine dining options. The property has been recently renovated, and the updates have been done beautifully. While the hotel is still in a period of transition, the attentive staff, well-run dining room, and thoughtful menu made for a pleasant experience. My room was exceptionally clean, and the bed was extremely comfortable. With these strengths in place, I’m confident the Glorieta will continue to improve and become an even stronger choice for visitors to Santa Fe.

My room was covered in ants, even my bed no one would accommodate or get a manager when I asked for one. Tv and Air conditioner wouldn’t work just terrible experience all together.

Beautiful hotel. Nice furnishings and atmosphere. While some items are outdated, the property looks to be undergoing a facelift. Will be a popular destination. Staff not friendliest- more important to flirt with each other than pay attention to guests. Will definitely stay there again.

I really enjoyed our experience, the staff was great and super kind. I’m excited for what it’ll be when the renovations are done! My only feedback is that we had at least three bugs in our room and that the shampoo, conditioner, and body wash were not good quality.

Just opened under new management - before ready! Or price should have reflected diré lack of amenities There a week + regret deciding to deal rather than to move. Friendly + helpful "as they can be under circumstances" staff cant make up for deficiencias. Dead foliage near entrance. No food, not even ltd bar food in bar that was open. No microwave or frig in my room but - seriously!- plugged microwave on table in hall for rooms without to use! Never s used- who wants to stink up hallway of fellow guests even you'd dare to use it? Exterior dirty/ didn't check inside.Shop snacks consisted io 2 types of hard candy + 2 sm bags of popcornofwhich took days to replenish, even tho I noted they needed more + more options. Ran out of soda I bought daily. Carpet desperately needs cleaning/replaced. Room was clean when I arrived but very poor housekeeping services during stay, besides replenishing towels, etc. Even after I pointed out mess from "exploding" green tea Keurig pod, the area was minimally wiped + the Keurig still covered in tea leaves. Very small but serviceable tv. Ironing board, no iron, but supplied when asked. Made 2 wake up call requests. Never got one, 2nd 1 hr earlier than asked, even tho clarified night before. And a random call one afternoon during nap. Not walking distance to anywhere. Positives- pool used by guests, some musical performances 2-3 evening (wasnt able to attend so can't rate) + friendly, helpful staff. Por rating reflects no management, not them'

The property itself is beautiful and the staff were nice. The hotel changed names and owners since I booked, and they were in the process of making some updates. The restaurant was closed, but I do think having a few bagel or muffin options on the morning would be a nice touch since there’s nothing walking distance. If you have a car you’ll be totally fine. Lyft and uber was related easy from the property as well. If the eventual goal is to become a resort, and they charge resort prices, it might be nice to consider running a shuttle and from town a few times a day. Overall it was a lovely stay. I can see potential for growth under the new owners.

This was a lovely cozy hotel. We had a great stay and it was so easy to get around. I did miss not having a refrigerator in the room however, everything else was nice.

We picked this hotel for its close location to Santa Fe. We were very disappointed to find no place for breakfast, lunch or dinner. The restraunt was being remodeled and We heard loud noise from the restraunt every morning from the construction team. We also found if we made the reservation by phone, it would had cost us less. Also we had a hard time sleeping because of the noise from the air conditioner, so wevhad to change our after the second night. We told the staff and they sent a maintenance guy up and he told us that the air conditioner was old.

This hotel is currently under renovation and now has a new name, “Glorieta”. Expedia did not specifiy either of these things so arriving to this hotel was incredibly confusing. Our suggestion would be to contact the hotel directly instead of third party websites before booking to avoid disappointment. During our stay the restaurant was not open and the hotel overall felt very unfinished. There was also a dampness to our room and very few amenities. The hotel pool and outdoor courtyard was pretty and manicured but the side door that led into the hotel was never latched or locked so the public had access to these spaces. The gym area was untidy and disorganized, and the equipment is unsafe. Although the panoramic mountain view from the hotel is gorgeous, the hotel feels isolated from other businesses and the historic downtown area. It’s about a 30 minute walk to downtown which is definitely worth the visit. Unfortunately if you don’t have a car or don’t want to walk, getting an UBER can be somewhat challenging. The hotel staff were very professional and helpful in suggesting ways to mitigate our disappointment. The hotel has so much potential and we’re excited to see what it will look like once the renovations are complete.

We were not told the hotel was under renovation. The restaurant was closed permanently. When we were checking in the workers were deep cleaning the floor and we had to step around the equipment and soapy floors. It was so loud and noisy we couldn’t hear the clerks to check in. The carpet in the halls was filthy. The room was ok but had a strong smell of paint.

Easy access off main roads and away from the hustle and bustle of downtown. Great views from the lounge. Hotel decor needs an update. Dim lighting in the bathroom and low water pressure in the shower. Basic amenities. Very friendly staff.

The beds are so soft, there is a $25 fee for, “security, WiFi, pool, workout room, and hot tub.” I had to skim the hair, bugs and slime from the hot tub and then found that the jets did not work. Carpets are filthy. The property appears to be failing.

There’s only one ice machine on the whole property, near registration. The property has multiple floors and is a large U-shape, would have been nice to a closer ice machine especially as there is no refrigerator in the room. The first day I didn’t ask for housekeeping but staying at a hotel, it is nice to come back to a made bed. Housekeeping didn’t come the second day either even though I didn’t put out the sign. Would have also liked the pool heated a few more degrees and the availability of sunblock. It was nice I could bring my own drinks to the pool. It’s a pretty great location and there was plenty of parking for my rental car which was much appreciated.

The property is located on the hill just outside -10 min drive, of the downtown and the Plaza. So it’s quieter, with the mountain view. Has a large pool and a pool bar. The lobby area was under renovation when we arrived, but they fixed it right up. Overall, friendly, helpful staff, clean room. We enjoyed our stay in Santa Fe and the Lodge.
