「Nasty room. Black sticky stuff coming up through the flooring. I told the property manager on my 2nd day and again two days before I leave. I was finally told I could switch rooms the day before I checked out. Grill didn't work, and day manager was rude. The only reason this isn't a one star review is because the young man working in the evening really did try.」

In a world with overstated products and insane pricing this place was a breath of fresh air. Exactly as advertised, clean, thoughtfully prepared and stocked. 「Great location!! We enjoyed sitting on the deck facing the beach and watching sunrise then turning chairs to watch sunset. Enjoyed being able to take our golden retriever with us !! We could easily walk to the beach and drive to the the beach on park on it. I will definitely come back!!」

「We had a heavy rainstorm on the first day of our trip, and there was a leak in one of the bedroom window frames. Communication was quick and a maintenance person was quickly on-site to patch it up. The only negative comment I have is regarding the painfully slow internet. If that won't be an issue for you during your stay, then this place is just about perfect. We loved the location. The pool was perfect for the kids. The house was clean. And the effort to solve any problems we had was noticed...

「Home offers plenty of space for 6 guests, and the area is wonderful! Close in proximity to the local harbor, we found ourselves enjoying the local dining scene close to the water. Property is modern & well thought out for guests, rooms offer plenty of comfortable beds and location is close to NASA, fun bars/hangouts as well as HOU Hobby Airport. Owner was communicative & directions/access was super convenient. A definite bookmark for our next visit to the Lone Star State!!」

「What a great house - lots of space and 2 great decks. And, real grass to walk our dogs on which is always a plus. The location in the bay was quiet and your neighbors are not right on top of you. It was easy to get back to the Galveston activities too. We all enjoyed walking on the walkway and watching the birds. We would definitely go back for a relaxing visit.」
