「The views, clean & good food.」

「This was the best stay my family and I have ever experienced. The staff were accommodating, helpful, and extremely kind. They provided a list of restaurants nearby if we couldn’t eat at their restaurant, provided beverage and food service poolside, and clean towels for each of us. The room was fantastic, clean with lots of space and plenty of amenities. The cooked-to-order breakfast was incredible as well. We felt very well taken care of during our stay and would absolutely stay here again!...

「Ottima struttura di recente costruzione immersa nella quiete della campagna ma a pochi km dal mare. Struttura molto pulita, personale gentile e disponibile, ottima colazione, prezzi onesti. Peccato per la spa che non era ancora agibile, spero che riusciranno ad aprirla presto. Ci torneremo sicuramente」

「Nous avons logé dans un grand appartement, dans l’ancienne chapelle du domaine. Il était magnifique, très propre et confortable. Nous avons profité de prendre nos repas dans la superbe cours aménagée du domaine. On y aurait passé la semaine avec plaisir. Nous avons aussi profité de la belle et tranquille plage, à 20 minutes de marche.」

「La struttura nelle camere necessita di qualche intervento mentre le aree comuni sono in ordine. Le camere sono pulite, il personale gentile e la colazione abbastanza varia e abbondante. Abbiamo parcheggiato in strada ma a ridosso dell'ingresso.」

「I couldn’t even get to the venue, they didn’t answer their phones for a whole two days when I was trying to explore how best to get there. Very poor service, called, sent emails, no response. Never again!」

「We liked everything about Castelfalfi. The staff were very professional and happy to help about any issue. The restaurants were excellent, especially La Oliva. Excellent wine selections in all the restaurants. Spa, pools, the excursions were all very well managed and great. All and all we loved spending a whole week there. The fact that we were actually there to see Andrea Bocelli in concert was the icing on the cake. Strongly recommend the whole experience.」

「Vista stupenda, personale gentile e pronto per risolvere nei limiti del loro possibile. Note negative ,camera calda climatizzazione inefficiente. Mancavano prese per collegare i dispositivi , abbiamo dovuto staccare la tv per ricaricare i cellulari, asciuga capelli non funzionante.」

「Vielen Dank nochmals an das nette und hilfsbereite Personal vom Hotel. Wir hatten ein schönes großes Zimmer bekommen (kostenloses Zimmerupgrade) und uns wurde sehr vom Personal in einer Notsituation geholfen. Das Hotel hat eine weitläufige grüne Anlage. Das Frühstück ist gut und bietet alles, was man braucht.」

「Central location and no issues with a parking place on the public parking outside the hotel. Happily stay here again if I was visiting Pontedera. The hotel was clean and breakfast satisfactory for my requirements.」
