"Great mountain home for families or friends. Plenty of rooms, even a fun playroom/bedroom for the tykes. Downstairs has pool table and darts and big TV. Upstairs with main floor, kitchen, dining, living and fireplace (lots of firewood available). Just a couple of hours north of LA, very convenient. Short walk to small community town for dining and small grocery. Lots of hiking nearby - we suggest hikes #6 and #1 on the property’s hiking map (on the coffee table). Appliances are new and modern....

"This is such a special place. The Boho- a-frame is clean and they thought of so many things that are helpful to have on hand. It is a great location with easy access to beautiful parks and wildlife viewing! We loved our stay and hope to be back."

"Very nice place for weekend. The cabin is nicely built. Overall it was a good value. The central heat did not work, but the place got warm with the fireplace and space heater. The wall heaters in the rooms helped keep them warm. The kitchen could use better cooking utensils, but the appliances were very good. The cabin Was clean on inside but the porch needed sweeping. There is also unsightly throw-away items outside and under the house."

"Pros: Cabin was really nice (new). The Host Lori was great and very responsive. Cons: Its a HOA community so there are restrictions such as no open fires allowed (even if its propane fire pit). You are only allowed to use the propane gas grill. Coffee machine had old water in the reservoir, kitchen sink was dirty, and the refrigerator was not clean. Cabin has no washer and dryer. Overall we had a good time. Its a nice place to visit if you just want hangout indoors."

"The cabin was exceptionally clean, very roomy. Having use of the hot tub was a plus, all of us enjoyed it. Being able to play tennis together was a fun activity! We will be back again!"

"It is very dirty, 2 out of 3 showers do not work, the sofas were broken/ripped and extremely dirty including the dining room chairs there were spiders and spider webs the rugs/sheets had stains and looked as if they hadn’t been cleaned the dishes available for us to use were not properly washed and dusty. The furniture is in poorly condition. Everything was just very dirty in general."
