“Great location, very close to the centre but also very quiet. Beautiful building and the room was spacious and nicely fitted out. However, it was located at the end of the corridor in the staff area which was quite noisy early in the morning. Breakfast was included in our booking but disappointing with two of the items I’d have liked to order being unavailable and others offered at a high additional charge (€7 euro for an omelette). Staff were okay but could have been more welcoming and……

“I've never stayed with Best Western hotel with such bad experience. High price without any quailed 4 star hotel service. No coffee maker,no cups,only plastic glass on table. Front desk is indifferent to the guest. It's the worst memory during my journey in Italy.”

“Such an amazing experience. We were in the area for only a short stay- but the villa was so comfortable, elegant, and personalized. We were lucky to be there when the chef was in, and served homemade dinner right outside of our room on the common area. Amazing sea view with the balcony in our room. Brought pizza back at night to eat on our balcony and the enjoy some wine. Consider staying here!! You will not regret it. ”

“My room faced the back side of the hotel...Had a very small ocean view from a corner of the balcony. The room was very small but clean and slept on a single bed. The SPA/Gym area and pool were all nice with views of the bacy from every corner. The restaurant was very good and also with lots of local options. Very walkable from main attractions in Santa Margherita.”

“We loved our time in Santa Margherita and would come back. It has everything you need from beaches, bars and restaurants and shopping. The people are friendly and it is a very pretty place where you can do day trips to lots of places.”

While the Hotel is small, I was positively surprised about the pool which was warmed and sports room, which was small but very nice considering the space it has. ”
