「The location was perfect! We had everything we needed. Place was clean, neat, orderly, and uncluttered. Nice to have the parking garage out of the sun. The beach chairs and beach towels were a nice touch, although we did not get the chance to use them. The only thing I would add to this property would be an AC unit, even if it was a portable one. Is the only reason that we didn't give it 5 stars. 」

「We call this place "The Jewel Box" because of the incredible window-enclosed (and 1 flight up) front balcony. This place is ideal for beach access and accessability to downtown Pismo. We'll be back!」
