“The hotel was beautifully renovated my as my room was equally beautiful balcony, a beautiful view of Boca grande check-in was beautiful. My receptionist was amazing… sad to say on my last day I decided to go up on the 14th floor to the pool area my partner I was sunbathing. We were the only one at the pool area at the time five staff members decided to come and have a 20 minute loud conversation adjacent to where we were sitting when there was no one else in the pool area and they could’ve done……

“The Hilton Cartagena in El Laguito is a magnificent hotel. Our stay was perfect, from location, to staff, breakfast buffet, cleanliness, hotel room, pools, beach, just everything.
