Once at our arrival, Jose greeted us with a broad smile. Very attentive and friendly. He took his time to explain every aspect of the hotel and was very helpful when we needed help for directions. If i ever go back to Santa Marta, i would stay in this hotel without hesitation. Highly recommend 5 star!!

Nice hotel with great location at the south end of the playa el rodadero. Very friendly staff. Good breakfast. The biggest swimming pool is not for the customers use and that's the only negative part of that hotel. Price and quality matching.

Afterthought

Friendly staff. Clean room. It seems they have a lot of private events throughout the hotel with music and microphones blaring and seems the guest become an afterthought. There was a lot of machine cutting construction one night around 11pm spoke to front desk and didn’t reply immediately, 20 minutes or so after they replied with will ask them when they will finish, no consideration to guest.

The only thing that i was not happy with is that you cant utilized the deep pool unless you have a certification at this facility which should be disclosed when booking this property!! Besides that it was a great time .
