    Pinkie Flamingo especially loved the energy of this area of the winding coastal highway 30A emanating from a destination in itself known affectionately as The Big Chill. Recently rebranded (formerly The Hub), this spectacular gathering spot features a collection of shops, restaurants and a live performance venue ...right in the beach community of Prominence! With a myriad of restaurants and cuisines to choose from, everyone in your entourage will sure to be happy.

    As a curator of fabulous vacation rental properties along Florida's Gulf Coast, it was Pinkie Flamingo's duty to check out each one personally. “It's tough job…but someone has to do it!” she smiled. As she turned into Prominence North, she already knew she had another fabulous guest nest to add to her collection. The sought-after neighborhood of Prominence was super popular due its crowd-pleasing amenities, location and style.

    Located on the north side of the community in close proximity to the larger pool and fitness center, Seaesta awaits in high style to host your group of 11. Quintessential shiplap and salty chic furnishings deliver the classic coastal vibe you have come to enjoy along this end of 30A. “This is so me!” Pinkie exclaimed as she ventured inside the 2-story townhome. Elegantly appointed with tasteful décor and a soothing earthy color palette, this corner townhome can be your next vacation go-to!

    The fully-stocked kitchen is no surprise and a garage loaded with a new 6-seater golf cart makes this rental picture complete. Pinkie's guests at Seaesta will enjoy full resort access to the community's outstanding amenities including the smaller pool on the south side as an added bonus. Nestled between the popular Seacrest/Rosemary/Alys communities to the East and Watersound/Seagrove to the West, fabulous local shopping and dining is all just a bike or golf cart ride away. The free seasonal shuttle makes it all quite accessible as well.

We had issues with the golf cart all week and had to deal with scheduling people to come fix it. The bunk beds were unsafe and we couldn’t use the top bc it was so shaky. The drier was broken and we had to rig it up. There was old cereal in the window. We met the owner bc he can do check on us. Great guy but he didn’t help us to get a refund for all the issues. Pinky was terrible to deal with and accused my wife of be dramatic about all the issues. Overall terrible experience. I hope the owner gets new management bc he meant well and drove from ST Louis to check on everything. Problem is I didn’t want to have to meet with people about the issues with the unit all week on my one vacation of the year. Warning… if the owner is still using Pinkie Flamingo do not rent this unit. If he has changed you will be good.
