Location and Space

Great location as we have stayed in this area before. Perfect amount of space for 2 adults and 2 teens. We enjoyed it and would rent again for sure.

Absolutely perfect!

We loved our stay at Gulf Place! The condo is perfect for a family of 4. It was decorated so cute and felt like home. The location is perfect. We are right in the middle of everything and didn’t even need to drive anywhere. The beach is right across the street. We even loved it so much we booked it again for Thanksgiving!

Spring break family fun!!

This condo is super nice! It is equipped with everything you need. It’s located in a little square surrounded by fun shops, booths and restaurants and it’s only a short walk to the beach! But that doesn’t mean it’s a overcrowded area, very calm and low key!

Spacious Condo

Condo was spacious and as advertised. The internet was a little spotty but the location was wonderful and the condo was spacious. Communication with staff about an issue with the garbage disposal was quick and they responded promptly to fix the issue.

Everything was wonderful. Perfect location for our family with small kids!

The condo was the perfect size for our family of 4 and my cousin and her husband. The beach access is so convenient and we will definitely be back next summer! The only thing I wish was different was a “check out list” of sorts. I called the office and didn’t get a call back a couple days in but wish I didn’t leave not knowing what we were responsible for. We washed all of the towels just incase that was our responsibility. Overall a wonderful trip!

Very disappointed

This was our 4th time staying at Gulf Place Caribbean. We love Gulf Place and have always had positive experiences staying there. However, unit 202 was a big disappointment. From the moment we got there we had issues. We had problems with the door lock. There weren’t any blankets, the ice maker didn’t work, there was sand in sheets on the bunk bed and there were little bugs in the kitchen. We called multiple times. They finally brought extra blankets and they worked on the door but said they needed extra parts to fix it and they would be back. We never saw or heard from them again. We found some bug spray and sprayed the kitchen and we changed the sheets on the bunk bed. Overall the unit needs a good cleaning and updating. This unit does not compare to the other units we’ve stayed in at the Caribbean.

Labor Day stay

Hot tub was broken and it look disgusting. The stairs also was out of order. Needs lots of updating. Remember to bring toilet paper because each restroom only have a roll.

Great Stay...short walk to the beach

We had a great time at the Gulf Place Caribbean. This is actually our second time staying in this same unit and it was perfect for our family vacation. Short walk to the beach and our boys loved the bunk beds. Look forward to coming back again.

Excellent experience staying in suite 202

While my stay in suite 202 was excellent experience I have some suggestions for improvements. In suite 202 the television in the second bedroom did not work. Please fix this TV to work correctly. The swimming pool in the back of Gulf Place Caribbean should have a clock. The staircase leading to suite 202 should be fixed as soon as possible. Thank you for your support and consideration. Spring break

We enjoyed our stay here, it was our first time. The property and location was great- beach was absolutely gorgeous. My only suggestion for the unit is a deep cleaning- like everything - fans, AC , dust, and mop. And please invest in upgrading your tv’s and outdoor patio furniture. Otherwise great place.

Stay in sunny condo

Condo was very sunny and cheery looking. Pool area was a nice bonus to have as well as being able to walk to local restaurants and shops. However, the couch had numerous stains on it that made uncomfortable to sit on. I put a sheet on to cover the dirty stains. An attendant did come and clean the couch but stains were not completely gone so left sheet on. Also, previous guests left their clothes, underwear in two drawers which was a little disturbing but removed by attendant. On the whole , our stay was most enjoyable and the condo suited most of our needs.

Location is great

We love gulf place! We can walk to restaurants and the beach. The beach access is great too. First time staying in this unit. It wasn't as clean as I was expecting...mold in the bathrooms. Other than that it was great!

Great place in Santa Rosa Beach

Property was as advertised, close to the beach and many restaurants, and of course Pecan Jack's! From the balcony you can see a little bit of the Gulf. The pool area and hot tub were good. It was quiet at night, and the wifi worked fine. I would stay here again.

Love this place

We have stayed in Gulf Place many times and love the atmosphere:) The cabanas are great for small families; stayed there when our two kids were young. Moved to the Caribbean when we began to need two bedrooms. Beautiful, safe, and affordable!

Spacious and well-appointed

Wonderful stay!!

We loved this condo. Nice comfy king bed in one room and queen in other. 2 full bathrooms. Nice patio with ample seating. TVs in main den and both bedrooms. Recommend bringing your Roku or Apple TV for the televisions because the cable service wasn’t great. When booking through Vacasa they had three beach towels for use. Kitchen was great had everything we needed, full coffee maker and a Keurig. There were no blankets so make sure and bring an extra blanket. Plenty of pillows. Bring toilet paper and paper towels and fish detergent and a sponge if staying more than a night. Vacasa was wonderful to work with and we couldn’t have asked for more from this agency.

Nice since, close to beach

This is a great unit! It is very spacious with a tiny beach view. It’s super close walking distance to restaurants, a fantastic ice cream shop (Pecan Jacks) and right across from the beach!
