Relaxing family getaway!!!

Loved Elizabeth White House! Perfect for my family and grandkids! Location to Seaside and beach was perfect. Outdoor construction was a little loud at times but we did know going in about the construction. Would we stay there again? Absolutely!

Great Location

Amazing location and so easy to get to the beach The home is very spacious: Bathrooms and bedrooms very nice but definitely needs a little TLC but the location is makes up for the shortfalls.

Great property

Wonderful property, the only recommended I would make is if you have small children that take naps, make sure the construction next door is completed. We had a great time and the property had everything we needed.

Great location with beautiful views

We enjoyed staying in this beautiful home! We had 3 families and so each family had 1 floor!! The kitchen and outdoor porches were perfect! The walk across the street to the beach was easy! When we arrived the pool was dirty and stayed that way until I called a second time, so by our third day it was swimmable. That was a bit disappointing. The maintenance man had to come for two other things and he came promptly and did a good job. We would consider renting this property again!! The 4th floor outdoor seating area isn’t advertised very well but WOW! The views are spectacular!!!

Overall a nice time!

We enjoyed the convenience of the location to the beach, town, and other amenities. We rented golf carts which made going to the restaurants etc easy. The 3rd floor of the home was nice and the master was nice and spacious, however, the rest of the home is in need of some updates especially the exterior of the home. The pool was extremely dirty once we arrived, but with some communication of the property management it was somewhat cleaned and we were able to swim. I manage and own several rental properties as well as some VRBO beach homes. I do understand what goes into it. We did have a nice time and enjoyed our stay.

Construction and crowded

The house was very nice but they had construction going on behind it and in front of it. We would get woken up at six in the morning and I know that’s not the owners fault. The area is very crowded and it’s hard to find a parking space even with a golf cart. The house was great except plan to do a lot of going up and downstairs. The laundry room is all the way on the first floor the master bedroom and full kitchen is on the third floor the comfortable couches are on the second floor. There’s not a TV in the bunk room. The other thing the people who rented across the street were horrible they shot water pellets at us when we walked by they played very vulgar music they did fireworks at midnight. The pool was dirty.

Great Location - Need to update pictures

You can't find a better location for the price. Literally, steps from the beach and short walk to downtown Seaside. Lots of room and comfortable. One issue: There is a HUGE house being built right next door and they started construction at 6:20 AM. The noise of the saws, hammering, etc. made poolside less peaceful than hoped, but we were mostly at the beach during the day so not a big deal. The noise won't be a problem in the future, but the new house towers over and has lots of windows facing this house. Need to update the online pictures and narrative to reflect the existence of this house as well as the three story house being constructed across the highway which partially blocks the ocean view. Of course, none of this is in control of the owners, but it should be noted to give a fully accurate description. But I wouldn't let that deter you from staying here with a large group. Again, great location and the layout worked really well for our three combined families. with ages from infant to 64.

Amazing week

Elizabeth White House was amazing! Plenty of space for 10 adults. Layout of the house provided a place for everyone to relax. House was so close to the beach! Pool area very nice. Beds very comfortable. Wished we could have stayed longer. Cannot wait to return!

Enjoyable Family Getaway

Great location to the beach and Seaside. The house is very spacious and too big for a family of 5, but we loved it. We were impressed how clean it was inside. We loved the "Birds Eye" deck and enjoyed the sunset almost every night. 3 minute walk to the beach was a plus. Only a couple things I would change... the dishwasher does not clean the dishes and most dishes, cups, utensils were not clean when we arrived. We had to clean the dishes before we used them. I would suggest another trashcan for recycling. The pool area could be maintained better. Lots of leaves all over the patio and then end up in the pool. The ceiling fan on the 3rd floor balcony needs to be replaced. Very eroded. Very minor issues and nothing we felt we needed to report while we were staying. The house overall is decorated and kept beautifully. We had a wonderful weather week and would love to revisit again next year.

Exactly as described

The location of this house is outstanding. Literally right across the street from the beach access point and walking distance into Seaside. That combined with the shaded pool were the absolute best features of this house. Although, this house may have some wear, it was completely functional and met all of my expectation and needs. We did not need to contact the property manager once during the stay. Great stay at a great property!
