Worst experience ever

We are regulars to Watercolor and this experience is the worst trip we have ever had. We will never use 360 Blue again for a vacation rental again. The room was in a building that was completely surrounded by major construction. We were never warned about this and appeared to be the only ones even in the building at all. The worst part of the experience was that there were no parking passes or beach club passes. When contacting 360 about this, they were more concerned with convincing us that housekeeping had delivered them to our room, than actually solving our problem. BTW, we never got beach passes for our entire trip. The whole purpose of staying on resort in Watercolor is to have access to the wonderful beach club pool and beach access. I asked for compensation for the horrible experience, and they offered a very minimal discount. Not acceptable! They don’t seem to care at all that they just lost a regular customer. If it all possible you should go through someone else, we will!

September 2021 Stay

We loved the location to Seaside, access to beach and all the amenities. The condo was mostly clean except the pull out sofa which still had the old sheet on it and crumbs all in it - sofa had not been cleaned underneath. The condo was well equipped with everything you need to cook. The upstairs loft doesn’t have a door so if that’s important - be aware of that. We had teenagers up there so a door would have been helpful for noise but the overall space was great. Back deck was perfect for drinking coffee and you get a very tiny peak view of the ocean which is nice. We did have some issues 1) elevator didn’t work majority of the time which means you have to walk and climb many flights of stairs. This was a big issue especially carrying stuff. MAINT. request did not resolve. The other was the bikes - rusted due to the salt air and after our sons both had injuries as a result - which resulted in them not be able to go into the water. My sons beach trip was greatly impacted. They need to be replaced.
