Beautiful home great beach getaway

It is a short walk to beach and restaurants and some shopping. The home is beautiful only con was furniture needs cleaning and so do many spots on the walls, but overall clean.

Family Friendly

This house is perfect for families of all sizes and shapes. We had 3 families with kids 1-15 and everything was perfect. Quiet neighborhood and an easy walk to the beach.

Location, location, location!!

Beautiful property in the perfect location. We spent spring break week at this spacious house with friends and family. The house had everything we needed for our week’s stay, and was only a few steps to the beach, breakfast, dinner, and/or shops. The house is located in a cute well maintained subdivision with great pool areas. We would stay there again in a heartbeat. You won’t go wrong with Frankly Beachin’.

Wonderful visit!

We are the old owners of the house - and absolutely loved what the new owners have done with the place. You can tell the house is being well cared for by the lovely furniture and the cleanliness of the property. It was good to be back and we will definitely stay again.

All info was accurate. Check in & out was easy. Reasonably priced. Only issues - floors were not very clean - couch & chairs in living room very uncomfortable, actually need replacing.

Place was as advertised. Great location to restaurants and the beach access was right there.

Far enough away from Seaside to avoid all that mess, but only a $6 Uber to get down there for dinner. Beach wasn’t packed and we could always find a spot close to our access point. We had a few issues with HVAC on the first night but maintenance was on it the next day and had us up and running. Great communication from management staff. The $220 gift card got us 4 bikes for the week, which was perfect. House was clean and well stocked with the basic needs. Goat-feathers is fright across street for last minute steamed shrimp. 10 out of 10.

Beautiful Home, We loved our stay!!!

The home is very beautiful and very close walk to the beach. We loved the little community and the nice quiet environment. The beach is beautiful and all the surrounding communities were great to visit. Definitely would stay again!!!

We had a wonderful stay at the key lime pie house

I loved this house. It was beautiful and very well furnished. The kitchen was the best stocked kitchen I have ever stayed in. We called for more towels as we had a large family. They delivered them the very same day. A short walk to the pool and it was not too far to the beach as well. We would definitely stay there again

Beautiful, spacious, great location, very well equipped.

We had a wonderful stay. Enjoyed the screened in porches. It was an easy walk to the beach, plus there were a two nice pools, tennis courts, and a walking trail. The whole community was attractive and well maintained, as was Key Lime Pie Beach House. There was plenty of room for our whole family to play games, watch movies or just hang out together. That being said, there were places to "retreat" for quiet time. The kitchen was very well equipped, and we got a lot of use out of the laundry room. The mattresses were so comfortable! And, there were plenty of closets and other storage areas! I would highly recommend this property to everyone!

This home was very nice. We loved how close it was to the beach.

We had a great time and loved the 2 screened porches. The book with all the information was great too. We would recommend this home to others. The smoke detectors were not up and we could have called, but did not. We called about the AC upstairs and the HVAC contractor came right away and repaired it. We needed a few more towels, because we had to do alot of laundry, but other than that, it was wonderful...
