Stay in the heart of Santa Rosa Beach in this beautiful 3 Bedroom 2 Bath condo on the ground floor of Seagrove Highlands Condominiums.

COMPLETELY REMODELED, sunny southwest CORNER, GROUND FLOOR unit in the heart of Seagrove less than 750 steps to a public beach & short bike ride to Seaside. Seagrove Highlands is a restricted access condo close to all that Seagrove has to offer. Walking distance to Cafe Thirty-A, Angelina's, The Perfect Pig, Tom Thumb, Seagrove Plaza & SO much more. No elevators, no stairs. Park just outside the unit & walk right in. The screen porched faces out to a private wooded area. AND EVERYTHING in the unit, from floor to ceiling, has been upgraded or updated. New flooring, refreshed cabinets & new granite countertop throughout, new appliances, new lighting & plumbing fixtures, new paint, new furniture.

The large community pool is next to a small club house with a deck extending out over a small picturesque lake.

This was our first time traveling to 30A! This stay was amazing, and we are already planning our return here next year! We loved being on the first floor, it was so quiet! The pool was amazing, and so peaceful! The beach was less than 5 minute walk away, easy access to the boardwalk! The location was also so ideal, we could get to seaside within 5 minutes and Alys Rosemary within 12-15 minutes depending on traffic!

Great place quiet location

Nice beds and bathrooms. Enjoyed the screen porch surrounded by trees . Smallish open area, but perfect for a couple or small family. Straight 5 min. down slope walk to the beach access, so why the four stars. First, one cupboard had a big bag of rolls or bagels which was now just a mass of mold. Secondly, the floors, which looked fine, were filthy. They need a good scrubbing. When we pay a high cleaning fee, the place should be clean.

Overall, we had an amazing trip to 30a. The condos location was great, I would have liked a shorter walk to the beach but it wasn’t too bad. We lucked out on the weather, it was hot but no rain the entire week and a nice breeze the majority of our stay. The condo needs a good clean, there were crumbs in the kitchen drawers and something spilled in one of the lower cabinets. I realize it is the end of the summer and it will get a thorough cleaning soon but it was a little disappointing. The beds were comfortable but the pillows need replaced. Some were stained and the extra pillows had no pillow cases for them. The grout is coming up in the master shower and the bathroom drawers had hair in t

Great location and beautiful condo

Everything about our stay was great except for communication. I had asked at the time of booking if there were TV’s in every bedroom and was told there were. However, one bedroom did not have a TV. When I questioned the property manager about the misinformation I heard nothing back. We still had a great time. The location and property were great. I just wished the property manager was honest upfront.

Seagrove Beach

Wonderful property. Close to everything in Seagrove & Seaside. Beach access right at end of street to a beautiful spot on the Emerald Coast. We arrived about 30 mins after our scheduled check in to find housekeeping still working on the unit. Not a big deal. Unit was very clean! Only issue was that we sent a message via the link/app provided to property management when we arrived about a broken toilet seat, disconnected smoke detector and a loose shower handle but no one responded to even acknowledge the message had been received.
