Family Vacation

The condo was perfect for my family, the view was absolutely breathtaking, and the condo was very clean and management was helpful! Already planning our next trip back!

Perfect place for weekend getaway

Location was great. Right on the beach. 1.5 miles to seaside foodntrucks amd short drive to the hub. Condo was clean and nicely decorated. Definitely would stay here again.

Perfect spot

We enjoyed our stay at Beachcrest 1004. It was perfectly decorated, comfortable and had a fabulous view Exactly what we wanted!!!

Wonderful Spring Break trip!

This condo was great! Spacious, beautiful views and clean! It's so central to everything and was exactly what I was wanting in a place to stay during spring break. Thanks again and we will be back!

Enjoyed the condo great location, close to everything we need. Actually, our 3rd stay this condominium complex, our 2nd stay in this particular Unit. We enjoyed it so much really like the new remodel to the condo.

Great stay

We were very happy with the stay. The in and out process were very easy and everything was as expected. My only complaints were the management company reached out a bit too often during my stay wanting feedback and there were so many different communications given for directions that when we had a question we had to check multiple sources for answers.

Fabulous

We had a wonderful time at this property. The views from the balcony are spectacular. We loved to walk the beach and swimming in the gulf. We enjoyed seeing dolphins and other sea life. Would definitely love to come back.

Wonderful condo overlooking beautiful beach!

We loved Beachcrest 1004. It is nicely decorated and very comfortable. The views from the balcony were beautiful. The complimentary beach chair setup is a real bonus. The complex is near to everything 30A. We rode bikes to the shops at Seaside and easily walked to dinner at Cafe Thirty A. We hope to return!

Superb stay on 30A

Super clean and well stocked condo. This was our second time staying in a unit at Beachcrest and we love the condo. It’s roughly 60 units total and very well kept. Many of those staying there are the actual owners. Not super touristy. Love the beach service/chairs &umbrella set out daily. The updated unit (kitchen counters, flooring, bathrooms) was pleasant and comfy. I would definitely stay here again.

Wonderful vacation

Overall, we had a fabulous experience. The condo was right on the beach! Everyone was friendly. It was quiet, but close to lots of things. One thing that was not great—We got ready to sleep the first night, and there was sand in the bed! Not something I wanted to deal with late at night. Even with the sand in the bed, I would stay at this property again!! It was perfect for our small family!

Reviewer Comments: We had a wonderful time staying here for our baby moon in March 2021; the condo was spacious and clean, and was just a few steps to the beautiful beach! We were initially given the wrong code to access the condo, but rental management resolved the issue within a matter of minutes and was easily accessible and kind about our issue! Also great central location to Seaside, Rosemary, Grayton Beach, and all the 30a area has to offer! We look forward to staying here again in the future!

Great but for the plugs!

We had a weird experience of all our plugs fell out of the outlets and the master bathroom didn’t work until we hit the reset in the hall bath ? I....jack cam to the rescue when our ac went out ....thanks for a great stay....
