Located on the 3rd floor, this 1-bedroom condo has sleek features such as granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, and a king-sized bed. The cool colored wall palette will draw you straight to the private balcony overlooking the sparking emerald waters of the Gulf. Have a little fun in the sun, get sand between your toes, and enjoy what beachfront living is all about!

Located in Seagrove Beach in an quiet community of Eastern Lake, you'll feel tucked away but rest assured you'll be minutes away from all the dining, entertainment, and shopping options that 30A has to offer. Enjoy exploring all the unique beach communities of South Walton. With miles and miles of bike trails and nature trails, it's easy to see why so many people fall in love with 30A.

Your stay at Leeward I Unit 8 comes with Xplorie’s best activities! one ticket per day, per activity! (over $800 in nightly value) Tee off at Emerald Bay or Regatta Bay, zip through Baytowne Adventure Zone, and sail on the Sea Blaster Dolphin Cruise. Enjoy Big Kahuna’s Water Park, Black Light Mini Golf, and scenic bike rides with complimentary rentals. Explore 30A with ease and adventure!

A Benchmark welcome bag and initial starter kit of amenities are provided for all guests. For the kitchen this includes: 1 roll of paper towels, 1 dish sponge, 1 dish soap, 2 dishwasher pods, and 1 liner for each trashcan. For each bathroom it includes: 1 roll of toilet paper, 1 set of soap/body wash/shampoo/conditioner/lotion. For towels you will receive: 1 body towel/1 washcloth per guest and 2 hand towels per bathroom, plus 2 washing machine pods.

Great place

The place is great but if you do have any issue I would hate to try and get in touch with property management. The Internet went down when we were there, called and just got a VM. Left and never heard back. I would hate to see what would happen if I was locked out or the key didn't work. The Internet speed is max 4mbps so like dial up speed.

It was a great way to celebrate our 30th anniversary! The owners always responded very quickly and helped us out several times. The views were amazing and so relaxing!

Convenient stay. Great location. Know before you go…

The communication and check in processes were seamless. The unit itself was in a fantastic location with a convenient few steps to the beach. The management group was very responsive to our inquiries and needs. There were a few surprises or missing information that could be valuable to guests.1.) There were no elevators. For this unit, there were 4 flights of stairs. It is recommended to pack light or bring someone with muscle to get yourself and all luggage, beach necessities, and groceries up the stairs. 2.) There was no means for cable or streaming services. Our last day was rain and the evenings were quiet. Though we were able to entertain ourselves with books and road trip activities, it would’ve been nice to check the news, weather, or Netflix. We had maintenance come check on this to find out that there was no way for cable without the owner contacting a service provider. A Roku would be a cheap, easy fix.3.) WiFi does not have a lot of bandwidth. 2 phones and 2 computers overloaded the system. This isn’t an issue for someone trying to “unplug,” but we were trying to work from a destination.4.) The hot water seemed to only last for 1, maybe 1.5 people. 5.) There were a couple of issues that we did not report, as they were not a huge deal, but recommended to have the unit checked. Several light bulbs needed to be changed (bathroom, bedroom). Only 1 of the 2 door keys would work and it was tricky.

Our stay was great. The property is off the main road and away from the chaos. Love the ocean views and great private beach area. The kitchen could use some additional cooking supplies, such as additional cups, plates, and a bread knife, but otherwise such a lovely experience.

Great location

We totally enjoyed our stay and being right on the beach is a bonus. The only thing we would suggest is a new mattress in this unit. There are two sunken areas where people sleep. Definitely needs an upgrade. Thanks, S.B.

Perfect location, some issues

We’ve stayed in Leeward I and Leeward II many times as it’s our favorite location on 30A. This condo was nice, however the bed is hard as a rock, the refrigerator hardly cooled, and the freezer didn’t work at all. I contacted the management and we were told there would send someone that day and no one ever showed up or the following day.

Reviews online said this beach is laid back and would be a great honeymoon getaway. I drove hours from the keys here for my 2nd week of vacation and immediately turned around and drove all the way back after seeing how chaotic and busy the 30A is. I won’t be staying in this part of Florida again. Condo was beautiful though.

Great Location & View

The condo was nice and as shown in the photos. View and location were excellent. Ease of access to the beach, was great. The biggest issue we had was the lack of response from the property management company. Upon arrival refrigerator/ freezer not working. Had to use a cooler and ice. Several notifications to property manager, no repairman ever showed up and management company would not follow backup with us. Luckily refrigerator started cooling enough after the 4th day and we were able to us. Despite refrigerator issue, we enjoyed the condo and had a great week.

Enjoyed our stay at this condo. Awesome location right on the beach. Only negative is it is a little outdated. Couch has some stains and bed is pretty old. But you pay for the location which can’t be beat!

Cozy and perfect

This property is the perfect getaway for a peaceful vacation. It's right on the beach and within walking distance to a bunch of local eateries and coffee shops. The unit has a fantastic view of the beach and the kitchen has just about everything you'd need to cook a meal or make drinks. When staying in this area you'll want to do yourself a favor and rent a bicycle or golf cart for your stay because things tend to happen slowly around here and using a vehicle isn't going to be optimal.

Super nice one bedroom condo with great views of beach and ocean, right on the beach. It is on the third floor, so occupants need to be able to go up two flights of stairs, loved not having high rise condos around us.

Great rental, terrible property management company

The property was great. If it would be handled by a different management company than Benchmark Management, we would definitely rent this apartment again. However, in the future we will try to stay away from properties handled by Benchmark Management! They have no concept of customer service!

I think our stay would have been great had we walked into a clean condo. Unfortunately, it smelled like urine, kitchen and bathroom floors were very sticky, counters in kitchen were sticky, food was smeared on cabinet doors, old plunger was left in the bathroom with goo on it, goo in toothbrush holder, rug in bathroom was so sticky it attached to my sandals every time I moved. There were items left in drawers from previous renter. Beach chairs from previous renters covered in sand were in the hallway. The chairs on the porch were covered in mold. Last but not least....we crawled into a bed with dirty sheets. We had been looking forward to this get away for months. I am a caretaker for my elderly parents and this was a much needed getaway. The office did address the issue sent a crew to clean. Unfortunately, we had to steam clean the couch the following day. That took 24 hours to dry and heated up the condo significantly. Plus, we weren’t able to stretch out and relax on it that evening. It is a located in a great place with a great view but we most likely will not be back. Really expected to walk into a very clean place and we were pretty disappointed. First impressions are very important. Office did clean but it was inconvenient and took away from two days of our long awaited vacation.
