Some things need tending to

Building was nice and staff very friendly. The lock on front door was very touchy and would take multiple tries for it to open. Floors were not clean when we got there took off shoes and our feet got black from walking around on floors so had to keep shoes on the whole time and there was a wire hanger sitting on kitchen counter. The door in master bathroom would not stay open and kept closing on us

30a stay

Overall we enjoyed our stay at one sea grove but there were a few things that were not ideal. The building was down to one working elevator during our stay. With three young children and being located on the 8th floor there were some long waiting times and stairs were not an option due to having a stroller. Separately, the cleanliness of the okay but we did have a lot of sand on the balcony’s and on the floors of the bedroom and living room. Not the end of the world but it was not ideal.
