Great Property & Amenities!

This place was great, with plenty of room, bathrooms, great pool and short walk to the beach. The kids loved the bikes and we didn't move our car once we arrived because the golf cart got us everywhere we needed to go. Bedrooms were very spacious and it was immaculate. We would definitely stay here again. Thanks so much for a great family spring break trip!!

Awesome Getaway!

This property is great! It is literally steps from the beach, but you still get a six seater golf cart to cruise around Seagrove. The kitchen is the best equipped rental unit kitchen I have ever had. Only thing missing was a dust pan for the broom! The pool was heated just perfectly and came in handy on the chilly days that are inevitable this time of year in this area. The beds were comfortable, and having two kings was a must for our group. We have no complaints whatsoever.

Plenty of space

The property had everything we needed. It was great having a golf cart to get around town. Easy access to the beach. The house could use a little upgrade on the flooring and needs more seating in the living room. The pool was very nice. Overall it was all good and we would stay again.

The property is in an amazing location. The home has everything you need. It could use a carpet shampooing and the last step of the stairs has a nailhead that sticks out. The listing includes bike

Didn’t get golf cart key until 16 hours later, the kitchen floor is destroyed in front of the refrigerator, most of the closet doors were broken upstairs, the ac couldn’t keep up and it was like death upstairs and our kids had to sleep on the couch bed so they could sleep, there was no toilet paper in the master bath, no complementary anything, other than two bars of soap and shampoo, no coffee, the lights around the pool didn’t work until luckily I had my own extension cord and plugged them in, the dryer takes days to dry a towel, no games or anything for the kids, be very prepared for this home that’s actually a duplex that they tell you on the day of checking in, description says entire home, but it’s not it’s shared and so is the pool, luckily no one rented other half why we were there, oh and they ask for you to keep the sand swept up and there is no vacuum or dust pan.
