Beautiful beach house

We enjoyed our stay at Sandybottoms it was perfect and has everything you could possibly need at your fingertips. Very well appointed and a great location close to everything. This is a beautiful house and we were very comfortable there.

Love the beach culture in the community. Property has everything you need for a wonderful time in heaven. The beaches, golf courses, restaurants and bars were incredible. Can't wait to come back!! The Sims are lovely and amazing hosts!!!!

Amazing

This luxurious 4-bedroom, 3.5-bathroom home in Starwood Terrace exceeded our expectations. The home is beautifully decorated with spacious living areas and a fully equipped gourmet kitchen. We loved the convenience of the included golf cart for quick trips to the beach and exploring nearby areas. The community pool was a hit with the kids. The location is perfect, close to Gulf Place and Seaside. Highly recommended for a relaxing and upscale beach vacation!

Excellent, would highly reccommend

The house was beautiful, clean, and exactly how it was described. It was a short walk to the beach (just under half a mile), which was a perfect distance for me, but there are also bikes and a golf cart for exploring further. There are many amazing restaurants and small shops in the numerous charming towns in the area. The pool is right out the door, and the kitchen is well stocked which also makes for a nice stay around the house. I would recommend this amazing home to anyone looking for a memorable beach vacation! Absolutely perfect location and beautiful beaches!

A great time!

My family and I enjoyed our stay. The house was very spacious and looked just like the photos. It is in a perfect location with quick access to the beach! A few mishaps- we felt the house could’ve been cleaned a bit better but nothing to harp on as we always clean/sanitize upon arrival anyway. The microwave also didn’t work but once it was brought to their attention it, it got resolved. So great customer service. Would stay again!

Excellent, would highly recommend sandy bottoms

Location was great, literally a couple blocks from the ocean. We walked there each day. There was 8 of us and it was a perfect size. The layout was awesome. There were plenty of bikes, golf cart, beach toys, card games, and the access to tv stuff was great. Our week of weather had a couple rainy days but we had 4 solid days of pretty weather. 30A has to be one of the coolest highways and we had so many things to do. We for sure will come back and sandy bottoms was perfect.

Great location! Enjoyed the pool and golf cart. Bathroom sink was clogged. Bathroom toilet was leaking plumber came and shut off the water unable to use then smelled like sewer. Roach on hallway. Dust ball on curtains.

Exceptional home

We were extremely pleased with our stay in your home. It is beautiful, clean, & fully stocked with so many extras. The golf cart was a huge bonus, even though it's not a far walk to the beach. So happy to have everything we needed to enjoy our stay without worrying about packing all the beach stuff! The bikes were great too to get to the local restaurants and shops. Lynn and Jacob, thank you for being wonderful hosts!! :)

We enjoyed the most heavenly week at sandy bottoms! The house exceeded our expectations. It was very clean, inviting & incredibly comfortable. We were never without anything we could have hoped for during our beach vacation. The location couldn't be better. The neighborhood is quiet and a bike ride away from everything you need. The bikes were the perfect transportation to the beach, shops & restaurants. Not to mention so much fun! The golf cart was a huge bonus to pack all your beach necessities. I will definitely be back to this slice of paradise.

was not the worst. nice house. good location. house was not clean. sand in the beds. beds not so comfortable. the golf cart was a great add. need to fix the ignition. keeps falling out. the pool was great location,quite, but very dirty. it was average

Great Place !

Excellent stay at this property. The home was beautiful and clean. Very spacious and adequately stocked with essential items. The location was perfect- close to the beach but still private and safe. The pool was great as well - while it was a shared pool, the low number of shared homes still gave it a private feel. Overall great experience. We did have issues with the air conditioning, which was fixed within hours of putting in a call and also an issue with ants on the kitchen .. but nothing major that would prevent me from renting this property again. Thanks for a great experience. I would suggest that enough towels are supplied for at least the amount of guests the house holds. We had to do laundry immediately - but still overall thumbs up.

Great beach house, highly recommend

Overall, we had a great experience staying at this 4 bedroom house. Very nicely decorated and well-kept house. Upon arrival, the house was clean and organized. We liked having all of the extra amenities such as cooking supplies, utensils, games, beach toys, umbrellas, and chairs. The pool was clean and very close (steps) to the house, which made it super convenient. The only constructive feedback we would have is that the golf cart is only a 4-person cart, which we were told that it seats 6. Then we brought a lot of beach toys and umbrellas only to find they were supplied in the garage (we were told otherwise). Lastly, having more towel racks would be nice to accommodate the large number of guests the house can hold.

Sandy Bottoms Santa Rosa, FL

We just came home from a wonderful getaway to Santa Rosa. Our first time visiting the area and it was fabulous! The beautiful white sand, the gorgeous water, and the amazing sunsets at the end of perfect days. We just cant wait to return to Sandy Bottoms The home is beautiful, well equipped, and spotless! Which is very important to me! The kitchen had everything we needed, the beds are comfortable, and having the two master suites provided the comfort and privacy that made our stay perfect. It was so fun to ride the bikes in the quiet neighborhoods without traffic and congestion and super easy to get to the beach. The golf cart was great and allowed us access to the most amazing restaurants nearby or to the beach and back carrying our chairs and umbrellas. It was a huge bonus when you check out how much daily rentals for golf carts cost! The location is perfect to explore more of the delightful towns, shopping ,and restaurants along 30A, but provides the quiet and less crowded beaches which we really enjoyed. Lynn and Jacob were great hosts and left wonderful recommendations for their favorite spots to visit and eat. Nearby shops are available if you want to rent paddle boards and services that will set up bonfires at night on the beach, and biking trails galore! We will most definitely return!

Great place to stay in Santa Rosa!

This house met all of our needs! We had 3 couples and everyone had ample space. The house is beautifully decorated and has most everything you will need for your stay. We enjoyed having the golf cart available, and probably would have gone with a different listing had the house not had a golf cart. We would have loved it to be a 6 seater, but the 4 seater was much better than nothing. You can walk to the beach, but the golf cart is a necessity for hauling your gear. My husband and I stayed in the smallest room, and it was fine. The bathroom is not attached, but is conveniently across the hall. The only tip I would give to the owners is to have a few hooks, maybe inside the closet or in the bathroom, to hang beach towels or swimwear. The small bedroom has very little storage area. I’m sure the suite bedrooms are well appointed with these things. This is not a complaint, just a suggestion. The only other issue we had was, we could never figure out how to turn on the pretty light fixture over the dining table😆. Maybe it wasn’t working or burned out, but we never inquired about it. The association should invest in some new pool furniture, as some of it was damaged beyond use upon our arrival. Overall, I would ABSOLUTELY STAY HERE AGAIN! We had the best time!

Santa Rosa Beach

The property was beautiful all except for the pool. When we arrived the swimming pool was very dark green almost black. To say the least, we could not swim in it any during our stay. Coastal Dreamin did credit us with a one night stay.

The perfect home for our vacation!

Our stay at Sandy Bottoms was perfect. The house is beautiful, comfortable, and stocked with all the amenities we could need. The location is great- being at the quieter end of 30A proved to be a great retreat from the crowds, but still with access to restaurants, shopping and a great beach! This was our first visit to the area and will not be our last! We cannot wait to come back.

Sandy Bottoms - the PERFECT place for a relaxing vacation!

Our family spent two incredible, memorable weeks in Sandy Bottoms. Outstanding does not even begin to describe our stay and I would high recommend to anyone who is looking to vacation on the Emerald Coast. From the very beginning of our stay, both the owner and Coastal Dreamin' were fantastic. Clearly communicated the timelines, amenities, and details of the property. We felt fully prepared before we left our house on what we could expect and what was provided. This was very nice as we were driving with limited room and appreciated how well thought out the home was and did not need to bring anything other than clothes. Literally the only thing we needed once we arrived was a trip to the grocery store for food. The home was immaculate, comfortable, and inviting. The owners have thought of EVERYTHING you could need - from a day at the beach, to relaxing by the pool (15 ft away), or a day staying in. Beach access is a leisurely 10 minute walk or 3 minute bike ride on one of the 8 bikes they had provided. The garage has every beach toy, game, or resource you could need on your vacation and it is very easy to load up on the provided beach wagon or golf cart and transport for a day at the beach. The home is so close to the beach, it was very easy to stroll down for sunrise, sunset, or if you had 30 minutes to spare and wanted to listen to the waves or walk on the sand. Within a mile there are plenty of gift shops, ice cream stores, restaurants, and entertainment to last weeks and we enjoyed our daily walks to discover all that Santa Rosa and surrounding areas have to offer. The owners provided a very nice welcome booklet with plenty of local ideas as well. The home itself is exquisite and has every modern convenience you could imagine. Cable and tv in every bedroom, granite countertops throughout, and the 2nd floor outside patio is very relaxing and a great place to relax anytime during the day. We are definitely planning on returning and referring all of our friends. I cannot say enough good things about our experience - truly terrific stay!

Beautiful Home and Great Location

Our family had a great stay at Sandy Bottoms. The home was very clean and had everything we needed to make our stay full of great memories. It was easy to get around and enjoy the area with bike rides and using the golf cart. My kids loved that the pool was right outside and we could see them from the kitchen. I enjoyed the walking paths for my morning exercise. The beach was very close and parking wasn't hard to find for the golf cart. The rental had more than enough room for our family of 6.
