Location

Great place for groups or two families. Hot tub was broken but otherwise very accommodating. There was a well stocked kitchen, linens, and extra ice! We would stay here again.

Great family trip

We had the best time! The house was perfect - very clean, very comfortable. All of the beds were very comfortable. My kids loved the video game in the bunk room. All of the outdoor spaces gave us plenty of room to spread out. Neighborhood was lovely and very accessible. The beach was really busy, but we were also there during high spring break time. Very easy to get to with plenty of chairs and boogie boards for us to use. Location was really nice - we liked being in the middle of 30A and taking bikes in either direction. We would absolutely stay here again!

This house is incredibly beautiful! The layout was perfect for our stay and the elevator was definitely handy moving our belongings in and out of the house. It’s located one block from the beach and restaurants and stores are within walking distance. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend this house!

The house looked exactly like the pictures. The space was perfect for our 2 families. There were plenty of bathrooms and showers for everyone. We were close to the beach and had a great pizza restaurant and shaved ice place within walking distance!

Beauitful Property

The house was beautiful both inside and outside areas it had lots of good places to sit outside and enjoy the weather. I would recommend this to anyone staying in the area.

Family Beach Time

Lovely home, space & privacy for everyone, love the king beds in the 3 main bedrooms, bunk beds has full size beds which was great for the teenage boys (they enjoyed the video game mounted on the wall) & all bedrooms have their own bathroom, walking distance to the beach, close to shops & restaurants (although we cooked most meals in the spacious kitchen)! We all had a great experience staying at this location ❣️

Beautiful house in a wonderful location. Needs new sheets and towels. The house is first class, the beach is gorgeous. Prices are extreme. Traffic worthy of Manhattan. Expect to spend a good portion of your visit stuck inside your car if you choose to go anywhere.

Great house. Two things I’d like to mention though. The stackable washer/dryer was fine for two of us but it may not be for a houseful of people. I had read that the sheets weren’t that great in a review and just assumed owners would have fixed that. They need nicer soft sheets.

Great Location !!! Large Living Room and Kitchen

Had a Great - but short trip to Florida for a Family Wedding - overall the House is Great Good Things: Well Stocked Kitchen - large Rooms, large Bathrooms - Location is killer can walk to the beach!!Bad Things - Hot Tub was Not Usable - yellow and smelled like straight Chlorine - Down Stairs Bed Frames Broken supports and super soft - Leaking Window in the Stair Well ( I have Pics if you want them ) - Patio - Patio furniture is Teak and it needs to be treated badly - and the BBQ Grill has one bad burner leaking gas ( this could be a Hazard )Overall Great place and great stay - it just needs some TLC and maintenance
