It was awsome with beautiful view of the ocean and private beach is a plus...could have been more clean but doesnt take away from the overall stay...will definitely be back

Beautiful Unit overlooking pool and beach

We stay at Blue Lupine 3 times a year for school breaks and holidays. We have rented many units in Blue Lupine, and this is our favorite! The views are amazing, the property renovation is very nice compared to other units. We will be back!!

The check-in/out process was great. The furniture on the deck was broken, the floors were not clean and we saw bugs.

Very nice

Beautiful property. Pool area was so nice. Close to many restaurants but with the large number of people there can be long lines. The kitchen badly needs more nonstick frying pans to allow for something as simple as making eggs. Parking is difficult. One bedroom only has double bunk beds and could use a full/queen instead of 2 bunks. Also a sleeper sofa would be nice. The walk to the beach was super convenient. Overall very nice with the exceptions mentioned.

Beautiful place!

I can’t begging to say enough about this place. It’s truly so beautiful that I had to take it all in before I even step outside to look the breathtaking view we had! I feel like we didn’t get to enjoy it enough since we tried to be at the beach as much as we could. The only couple of issues we had was #1 not enough trash bags for the bigger trash can in the kitchen (not a big deal but it would of been nicer to have more than 2) but the one that did affect our 5 star review was #2 the fact that the floor was SUPER dirty when we got there, my 11 month olds feet and knees were BLACK from crawling on the floor for less than an hour and it wasn’t even sand at all. There was also a bottle which I’m guessing was from the previous guest that was left behind and I couldn’t help to wonder how good they truly cleaned the place before we arrived.

Great Place for a Chill Vacay

Great location for a quieter vacation that still has plenty of options to stay busy. Great Ocean views to wake up to with wonderful balcony & seating to enjoy your morning coffee or afternoon happy hour. Bedrooms were great and comfortable, bathrooms great and well stocked with towels, Kitchen was well stocked with cooking items and comfortable for our family of 5. Place definitely seemed very clean overall - just some ceiling peeling in spots and cobwebs in high corners. Loved the heated pool and hot tub for windier / cool days and the chair service that comes with seating for two and is included made going to the beach so easy! Great local restaurants - Blue Mabel, Mimmos and Shank Gulley Oyster Bar were our top visits. We also hear good things about RedFin Taco but didn't make it there. We stayed busy with bike riding and visiting Seaside for shopping and food trucks. One worrisome item was that there was no cellular service for our phones in the unit. Our party had Verizon and Sprint/TMobile and no one had service inside the unit. Had to go out on the balcony or into the atrium to make calls. We needed to stay in contact with work so this was a bit inconvenient. Overall Great stay and we would book again! Thank you!

Summer Vacation

The property was great for our older teens who like having their own beds. Also, we have stayed up and down the FL coast and no other condo building gets you this close to the water. Parking only allows for two cars... so if you have children driving in to meet you, this could be your challenge as well. All in all, we loved it.
