Convenient

Perfect location with an easy walk to the beach. Great kids area with heated pool and playground. We enjoyed the live music from the restaurant below. The unit it self was a great size for our group of 9. It was clean but needed some updating. We had a great time!

If you like live music you’ll love this place!!

Place was completely clean and had everything we needed to enjoy our stay. We love the advantages of having a private beach with clean restrooms and plenty of dining options within walking distance. You can enjoy the live music in the awesome and always breezy back porch like you’re in the restaurant. It wraps up at about 9:00 so get your dancing in early.

Great Place

This is one place that the pictures did not do justice. The condo was great/well stocked and 2 blocks from the beach (walk or catch the shuttle). The pool was heated which was a plus and the private entrance to the beach allows you to easily get a spot. The live music every night from redfish taco was a bonus. We will absolutely be back!

Redfish Village

We have stayed in other Redfish Village condos numerous times and this condo is clean and has everything you need. The only things we did not like was room darkening panels are needed in the master bedroom, and the parking spot is a ways from the condo. Otherwise it is a nice condo!

Cute condo

Great size condo for a big group, great location near restaurants and the beach. The balcony doors are really hard to shut, we unknowingly slept with the master bedroom balcony doors cracked open one night because they were so hard to close. We also wished they had more blankets around, it gets very cold in the condo even with fans off (which was great for the August heat but would’ve been nice to have blankets). Our true only complaint is that the TV is hung so high lol, like awkwardly high it hurts your neck after a while.

Lovely condo

We so enjoyed the spacious, clean, and well appointed condo. It fit our needs for a rotating group of 10 friends perfectly. It was fun to be up high and have a partial view of the Gulf, as well as views of the ice cream shop, and the Red Fish Taco restaurant, and other beautiful buildings. I've never seen a rental condo with such a well appointed kitchen. They had everything we needed -- so many glasses, so many pots and cooking utensils, and even a crock pot. Music from the live band at the Red Fish Taco restaurant across the parking lot was loud one night, but a good volume and fun to listen the other 6 nights of our stay. We had a great time, and even enjoyed Red Fish Taco takeout one night.

Outdated unit. Cheaply done. Not real pretty. Not as advertised. Area great. Pool great. Unit…not so much. Would not stay there again. No energy put into decorations. Wi fi extremely poor in M2 407 but fine in M2 220 where my son stayed. Why???

Good stay

Loved this location. The live music was super nice at night from the balcony. They were always done by 930-10 so it wasn’t really disturbing to us. The blinds in the master were kinda crappy and didn’t keep out light but we were up early every day anyway. Everything was clean expect the floors. Our kids feet were black from walking around. It would have been nice to have a nice broom to sweep up sand and stuff in the evenings. There was one crappy old one that didn’t work great but it did the trick. The rug in the living room could use a good wash. Other than a few small things we loved our time here! Great time for our last min trip with our kids and friends.

Beach stay

This rental fit my family well with many beds options and great location to the beach. Unfortunately, this rental is run by a property management company, Vacasa, so the personal touches that are present with private rentals were not there. Upon arrival to this rental, the floors were also dirty and there were general house keeping issues like used bandaides in one of the bunk beds, and grimy bath tubes in some of the bathrooms. When notified, Vacasa offered to clean the rental again, however at that point we were already at the beach and we had already settled in. This rental also does NOT have beach amenities so if you are looking for chairs and toys and umbrella you will have to rental supplies elsewhere.

Great Location

This home was in a great location within an easy 10 minute walk to the beach (at a pace that included 5 kids 3-8 years old). The amenities at Redfish Village are great with a heated pool, lawn area w/games, playground, grills etc … and having Redfish Taco downstairs is fun for food, margaritas and live music! The home is well represented in the photos and there were some extras included like beach/pool toys, gaming consoles and sound machines that were a nice touch. I would probably stay here again (definitely would stay again in Redfish Village!) The house could use some improvements- we found the Wi-Fi to be practically non-existent, which was an ongoing problem w/ the kids bc all the TVs run on Rokus that use Wi-Fi. Cellular service is really spotty in 30A, so not having dependable Wi-Fi was tough- we actually couldn’t even check in for our flight home until we got in our cars to drive to another area. We also had to go out a purchase batteries bc nearly every TV remote was dead. The rooms also were very bright in the morning, so blackout curtains would be helpful (particularly if traveling with young kids). The bunk room is great in theory, however it does not have a door, so the kids were all up pretty early every day once anyone in the house woke up.

Our favorite place to stay

This is the third time we have stayed in this unit and it has always been a great experience. Perfect size for our family of 5 to have their own spaces with the bunkroom, super close to the beach and so much to do in the area. Always clean and well stocked with what we need. We will be back!

Great location and spacious.

This unit is in a great location, just a couple of blocks from a beautiful white sand beach and across from Blue Mountain Creamery. It overlooks Redfish Tacos, which was also delicious and has live music every night until 9 or 10. The pool in the complex was great, too. We didn't need our car much during our four day vacation. We walked to the beach and rented bikes from the shop down the street and biked to Grayton Beach and Seaside one day. This condo is spacious and has a great layout with three private bedrooms and attached bathrooms. It could use some updating but the beds were comfy and the location is hard to beat.

Perfect location to relax

We loved our stay!! We went for a girls trip in January. The location is so convenient and within walking distance to all the great places in Blue Mountain. The private beach access is so nice and only two blocks away! The beach access has bathrooms and outdoor showers which is key! The condo has plenty of room and the host even had sound machines in every room. It was a nice little touch! The balcony is great for happy hour with an ocean view and you can see the sunset if you don’t want to go over to the beach! We can’t wait to come back!

Lovely property, terrible rental company

This property was stunning! Perfect location, great space for three couples and two infants. There were no extra conveniences, extra toilet paper and trash bags and such… but no big deal a Publix is right up the street. Worst part of the stay was communicating with Vacasa. We left some items in the dryer and they charged us a $25 search fee to get them, from the dryer, where we told them the items were. I understand policy but it also felt very money hungry when they likely stumbled upon them beforehand. Overall a great stay but I will avoid Vacasa in the future.
