Perfect location

Some wear and tear is evident in the kitchen and some of the rugs are in need of replacing (living room) but other than those issues the home was very nice.

The home was beautiful! Very spacious! Location was amazing for us! Cleanliness could’ve been a little better- rugs needed inside exterior doors to wipe feet on, multiple light bulbs flashing- probably about to go out- mildew growing on sheet rock above showers.

Seas the Day - Seagrove Beach

The home is a nice unit and attractive but could use a deep cleaning and some repairs. The beds were comfortable and the baths were big but we had a problem with our toilet fill valve as it wouldn’t shut off. We did not use the small pool but grilled one night.Good location.

The house was beautiful. Great location. Easy access to the beach. The golf cart was great. The house was not clean. We had to sweep and clean the kitchen and a couple bathrooms. The listing says a cooler with wheels and beach chairs provided. There was no cooler and only 3 usable beach chairs. Make sure you bring your own
