There was no Ac. Housekeeping was very nice and friendly. Now as far as front desk people they were a little rude especially the manager he gave me a 1 bed with no refrigerator and microwave when he said there be those in the room. My biggest concern is that when management let a person who is not registered or had no ID change my room without asking or getting permission from me to change rooms. He had no right To do that. No ID no rent. When I went to new the new room I wasn't happy cause I had No microwave no ac

The room was okay for it being motel 6. Now the staff on the other hand were by far the most unprofessional rude condescending P.O.S's I've ever come across working in a motel lobby.

Although front desk staff was very nice and friendly. They did not have an adequate amount of pillows in room. 2 beds 1 bed with 2 pillows 1 bed with 1 pillow. Let front desk know they stated they are aware didnt offer to get another pillow come to find out that they dont have anymore. 1st room that was given to me was filthy in the restroom. Very small compared to other Motel 6s. Refrigerator did not work at all I was not aware. Food to make a charcuterie tray for a picnic in Bodega Bay that was stored in the fridge spoiled. It was over $50 of salami and cheese. Then my trunk looked like it was tampered with. I should have know because there were undesirables that appeared to be on drugs hanging around and staying in the building. Will not stay again.

EXTREMELY dirty rooms, literally hair on the beds, strong cigarette odor in non smoking rooms, staff looked like they wanted to rob us, people asking for drugs, heavy police presence off and on! This is speaking lite of the whole situation. The place should not be listed on Expedia. HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE!!!

First, front desk agent was going to charge me $120 for a room if I checked in at the counter with him directly. I was hesitant because based on the looks of the property 120 seemed high. When I had looked online rates were in the range of $70. He did not advise about the lower rate available if I booked online. I proceeded to go back to my car and research online to find that I could book through Expedia for $30 less. I booked a double queen room with a microwave and refrigerator. The front desk agent welcomes me back into the office where he proceeded to complete the check-in process with my Expedia reservation. We were talking about the property and it's renovations and I had mentioned that I had previously stayed in the far left building in the room was very nice because it had been renovated. The agent boastfully stated that he could put me in that building if I wish, and I said that would be fine. When I arrived to the room I found that the room was not renovated while my reservation indicated that it should be for two people, two queen beds, microwave and refrigerator and with the front agents suggested to put me there I assume that it had been a renovated room considering that's what we were discussing my enjoyment of the last day. The room only had two double beds, no refrigerator and no microwave. The TV was old and blurry with limited channels and there were only one set of towels for one person. Upon calling the front desk they said that I asked for this room.

I was dissapointed to see a dirty towel in the bathroom, the floors were dirty as well as the table surface. Also there was a used condom left on the heater/AC unit. It was really gross and there was at least 1 instance of seeing someone drop off a female to a room and then pick her back up. I hope that management can get a handle on the cleaning.
