“The check is was horrible. We arrived a little early so I texted southern rental vacation they said we could go ahead and enter the condo. We put all our stuff in the room took a short walk on the beach came back to the room. We were locked out. Called them they said they couldn’t help up because they didn’t have a credit card on file. I explained that my wallet and phone were in the room. They wouldn’t budge finally after talking to a supervisor I was given access to the room on the condition I……

“We stayed in G7.. it was a comfy place, across from the pool. Nice pool view. It was clean, bed was soft, and they made it comfortable. No bugs at all so that was a huge plus. It did have a musty smell, possibly cigarettes from previous persons. Im picky so i did door dash some cleaning and good smell items just to freshen it up. All utensils and dishes were provided and the refrigerator was cold and large enough. Easy to cook for a small family. The beach access was easy, clean property and……

“The condo was amazing! Nice bedrooms and living space. Super clean and within walking distance to the beach and pool. Property was very secure with a security guard at the entrance. Lots of parking available. Loved staying here.”

“The floor was filthy. There was sand everywhere. The washer and dryer need proper maintenance performed. It took several cycles to get the laundry clean and dry. The kitchen did not have everything necessary to cook and the dishes had not been washed prior to our arrival. The hot water heater is in need of either a good cleaning or repairs as the hot water only lasted a few moments before running out. There was no extra bedding for the pull out sofa bed. It was inconvenient for us to have to……

“The condo was conveniently located on the corner of the second floor, near the stairs. Although the dune blocked our view of family members on the beach, the ocean views were still beautiful. The condo was clean and beautifully decorated, and there was plenty of space for everyone. The beds were comfortable, and the information provided about what to bring was accurate. Somehow we missed that there was no hair dryer, but the condo did have both a coffee maker and a Keurig, which was a nice……

“I would suggest to the owner to strongly consider putting in a king size bed due to the bedroom being large enough to accommodate it. ”
