In the district of Le Dossen 1.6 km from the centre of Santec, 5 km from the centre of St. Pol-de-Léon, 25.5 km from the centre of Morlaix, in the residential district, 600 m from the sea, 600 m from the beach. Private: property 700 m2, well-kept garden with lawn and wildlife garden. In the house: storage room for bicycles. Parking on the premises. Shop 2.5 km, grocery 1.9 km, supermarket 5 km, restaurant 650 m, bakery 1.6 km, café 650 m, bus stop 120 m, sandy beach "Plage Le Dossen" 600 m, indoor swimming pool 5 km, thermal baths "Thalasso Roscoff" 7 km.
