「not the service for four star hotels: disappointed. 1. they cant found our reservation from the computer. (its ok. happened sometimes) but at least dont let us standing and waiting there with big package. and when another customer came after us. they helped them first. we just standing there and watching what they doing. when i asking for sitting in lobby to wait ( which is just near the reception). they still didnt notice its because we tired and waiting too long. just answered it will finish...

「Second time we stay here, all nice and a bit basic but well located and quiet. Parking is good, gentleman at the parking garrage was very nice when we arrived, no waiting time at check in and very nice lobby. We had a bottle of sparkling wine included with the booking but it was very low quality. Would stay again though.」
