Increible que no tengan Aire acondicionado!

El departamento en general es completo y a primera vista cómodo por su espacio, aunque su cama y futón están realmente viejos y son muy incómodos, y la suite no tenía TV en la habitación (estaban las perforaciones y el cable suelto) El edificio tiene mucha seguridad de acceso (condominios Infinito) y esta en una muy buena ubicación en el centro de la ciudad. Pero el gran problema de este hospedaje es que NO TIENE AIRE ACONDICIONADO (ni calefacción). El único aparato disponible para refrescar la suite era un pequeño ventilador de esritorio. La verdad que este faltante es inadmisible en un hospedaje catalogado como 3 estrellas!!! Sobre todo en una ciudad como Santiago en donde en verano las tempraturas superan cómodamente los 30 grados (33 el día de mi Check In). y el mismo día a la mañana 14, Cuando fui a reclamar, en recepción me dijeron que ninguna Suite poseía Aire acondicionado, por lo que les indiqué que cancelaría mi reserva para buscar otro hospedaje. Ellos lo aceptaron y me pidieron que me comunique con hotels.com/Expedia para el reembolso. Ahora desde hotels.com me indican que el establecimiento NO acept{o reembolsar nada y ellos tampoco se hacen responsables. Mala fe del establecimiento y mala fe de hotels.com que cataloga este departamento como 3 estrellas. En el mismo edificio hay muchos establecimientos que alquilan suites similares, pero con aire acondicionado Frio/calor.

Appartement bien situé

Problème pour entrer dans l'appartement car soucis avec les clefs donc on a atendu 45 minutes. Lit très confortable mais peu de pression dans la douche, petit salon ouvert sur la cuisine. Hôtel bien situė.

Não é um hotel, mas um flat. Não tem arrumação frequente, e o café da manhã é dispensável, melhor ir ao mercado ao lado e preparar no apartamento. Mas é moderno, o espaço é bom, e a manutenção adequada. A localização é excelente, no centro, perto de tudo mas razoavelmente quieto. O custo benefício é ótimo, especialmente viajando com família.

It is a nice place to stay while visiting Santiago for a few days. It is in the heart of the historic part of the city. In walking distance to many landmarks. I stayed on the 22nd floor and the view from my balcony was amazing ! The unit didnot have an AC but didnot need it even during the summer months because of the breeze coming thru the windows. The hallways had food smell but didnot have any smell in my unit. The breakfast served in the mornings was excellent ! I recommend staying here.

Gostei da localização, próximo de vários pontos turístico e restaurantes. O quarto é agradável mas a limpeza é por nossa conta, então a dica é deixarmos sempre organizado. E problemas eventuais a recepção nos ajudou sempre que nescessário.

We added a night to our stay at the beginning of our stay due to a change in our itinerary. We checked In and clearly explained that we had two separate reservations but due to the large amount of luggage we had we didn’t want to change rooms. The second day we found a note in the room leaving the impression that we forgot to leave. We went to the desk and spoke with the manager “William” who told us we had made an error and either needed to change rooms (after 8 pm) or pay more. He was abrupt, condescending and rude stressing the message that we had made the error. He only listened when he was called out for his consistent interruptions. It still didn’t make a difference and cost difference was minimal and not worth repacking and changing rooms. William made what was a great impression poor.

Mala experiencia! Era bueno, ahora es pésimo pero

No hay aire acondicionado, cuidado! Hay que dejar un depósito de u$s 100. Las habitaciones no están bien, están descuidadas, la limpieza no es buena. La condición general es mala. El personal es atento, pero todo esto escapa a ellos. Malo malísimo pésimo. Buena ubicación Worst apart hotel ever! No air conditioning! They request a u$s 100 deposit, the cleanliness was terrible, the overall condition was poor, well located.
