Good accommodation in Santiago. Great location, friendly staff, excellent complimentary breakfast. Room was big, clean, but beds were not comfortable and the shower door is not functional, ending up with water all over the bathroom.

They had advertised a fridge in the room. There was a small one where I put food. The problem was that when I left the hotel cut all the electricity in the room so my food spoiled. Also, at night there was no air conditioning. I woke many times uncomfortably warm. If I had known about it I wouldn’t have booked there.

The WiFi didn’t work at all in our room 204, we called because we were working and needed internet for this, and they did nothing, did not move us to a different room or did nothing to work this out, additionally in the same room the air conditioner has a very loud noise that sound just as the vibration of a cellphone message every few minutes, this made it impossible for us to sleep.

Quartos amplos e muito limpos. O atendimento da equipe de funcionários foi muito cordial, todos muito simpáticos e disponíveis para nos auxiliar. Café da manhã muito bom, porém um pouco tarde para quem precisa sair cedo para os passeios. A localização do hotel é excelente e em bairro muito seguro.

O hotel em si apresenta um aspecto antigo, mas as instalações são bem cuidados e atende as necessidades de uma família viajando a turismo, que foi o meu caso. Um Hotel de bom custo-benefício, os atendentes são bem atenciosos, o café da manhã é bem servido e preparado, os apartamentos são confortáveis e a localização do hotel é bem privilegiada. Ponto negativo: garagem para os carros é pequena e os elevadores são apertados.

Experiência excelente, nosso quarto tinha uma janela grande para a rua e a vista linda. Melhor café da manhã que tive entre todos os hotéis. Atendimento excelente, chegamos na madrugada e o atendente foi super prestativo em verificar se podíamos antecipar o checkin, o café com ótimas opções de comida e bem farto, o quarto simples e aconchegante, banheiro e chuveiro ótimos, nas áreas comuns tem disponível microondas, forno e utensílios para refeições, uma ótima opção quando se está cansado e não quer ir na rua comer.

Localização excepcional

Hotel muito bom, ótima localização tem tudo perto, locais pra comer, bares, lojas Sky Costaneira dá pra ir a pé, o bairro Providência é lindo e super seguro. O hotel tem um elevador que só cabe duas pessoas meio esquisito, os recepcionistas não são muitos simpáticos, mas os quartos são confortáveis e o café da manhã é bom, recomendo sim o hotel.
