If you’ve ever stayed at an all inclusive and are used to amazing service, unlimited food & beverages, and stellar room accommodations, DO NOT STAY HERE. There is no pool service, there is no beach service. The food was sub par. The rooms are super dated. The linens are crusty hard. There was no hot water. And guest services was useless. Do not recommend staying here at all.

I only use this place like a motel because I had fly in from Turks and Caicos to stay in Santo Domingo before going to Cancun same for going back. It cheap and not far from the airport so you’re driver will not charge like crazy but be prepared to find your own room with your suitcase even if u have to go up stairs because there no elevator plus the food suck I only stick to just eating breakfast, drink water.

Hotelon the beach Close to the airport is the only good part. Deposit to use the iron. Deposit to use beach towels, rooms were not good, the bathroom not good, TV offer next flix but you cant access it, the phone to the room didn't work, the door lock n door was not the best, the ground were not good. This is a hotel for when your on your first vacation with friends n dont care what its like.

The beach is EXTREMELY DIRTY with over grown algae and trash. The beach is the most important part of the resort they need to invest in cleaning out the algae like the other parts of boca chica. The bathtub was not clean when I arrived it was full of sand, toilet did not work, The staff is rude and slow. Very poor quality food. They literally give you the cheapest and lowest quality food and drink options possible.

This resort was amazing , the food served for breakfast lunch and dinner was great, Along with the burgers and hotdogs served fresh in between Buffett times. I stayed in a suit that faced the pool and partial ocean view it was absolutely stunning . I could even see the boat dock. I traveled alone and didn’t have to leave my room for the morning entertainment as I could watch off my balcony. The all inclusive liquor is not top self but it def still makes very good drinks and straight shots taste amazing. This location does only serve President beer, but Hey your in Dominican Republic!! The gift store inside the resort does have other options of beers and drinks you can buy that are very well priced and with the comfort of not having to leave the resort. Fresh linen and towels everyday. Do suggest bringing beach/pool towels as they do not permit you to take room towels to beach pool area, but do have option of purchasing with a deposit that you receive back when you return the towels. Ambiance was very nice private beach area very comfortable with chairs and beds Canopy’s As well as tents. Staff very friendly and welcoming also will go out of there way to make you feel safe. I wanted to go outside of the resort one of the staff memebers was willing to take me and show me around. Host by check in also has a lot of events and adventure tours also at a very great price 👏👏 Definitely a family Friendly resort☀️

Property is under staff! Took me an hour and half for the check in. In the snack bar have to wait in line for an hour to get a burger and not much to choose from only burgers and hot dogs there, every day the same. Only a few staff member were nice.

The resort has a lot of potential, but needs a major fave lift. Our room was switched 3x. First one was occupied, 2nd had a leaky AC. Third was really rundown that we declined it. There were never enough towels given, we had to ask for toilet paper. Staff has to work with what they’ve got. It appears that the owners don’t care. Everyone that works there is very friendly and bends backwards to accommodate the guests. The beach is very nice with calm, clear water. You could rent water bikes or paddle board. Everything is very rundown but works. Cabanas, umbrellas and lounge chairs are free. Beach is public access and there are a lot of vendors there. It didn’t bother us. The food was good when they cooked local dishes. Didn’t like when they tried cooking Italian or Chinese. Drinks at the bar weren’t that good. If you are looking for inexpensive vacation with a great beach, this is it, but you get what you pay for.

The staff was so friendly! Food was great! The beach was cleaned every morning. Security was there so I felt super safe. Honestly the only thing I didn’t like was the hassling on the beach, every 15 min someone is asking if they can give you a massage or sell you something.

Wrong explanation on website and expedia. The spa , laundry service is not included, just wasted my money. The food is horrible, no elevator on the hotel, water does not run in the morning , room service phone does not work. We had to walk to the lobby which is far away from our room for every single issue because the phone does not work! They don’t care about any problem we had. We were at the 4 th floor imaging climbing up n down for complaining about water every single day!

Horrible room, dingy, not well maintained, it smelled like sewage! Freezing AC (on/off only) and no bed covers, only old single layer sheets available!. They provided only two towels for a room of 4. Beach front is nice but a pack of street dogs where out of control (and some hotel visitors feeding them at the beach didn’t help with the situation). The dogs even attacked a lady in a costume. Bottom line, this hotel is not worth what you pay for at all! Far better modest and cheaper options in the area. Will NEVER STAY HERE AGAIN. Luckily it was only one layover night for us.
