There are some lifts to parts of property but not all and they are in odd locations, for example one led to a pitch black banquet hall that you needed to pass through. "Antonio was an amazing host and the house was perfect for our needs. It was spacious and the views were incredible!! Antonio’s mother was so accommodating and greeted us even though it was nearly 3am by the time we arrived, on a night before work! She had provided us with snacks and homemade bread. She ended up making us a tarimasu, a homemade lasagna and fried zucchini all of which were amazing!!! The pool was a perfect escape from the heat and overall just an amazing experience. "Lovely hotel, very comfortable beds, great service and staff. Breakfast was great also. Great for visiting Messina, close to all attractions including the Duomo. Great theatre across from hotel with free concert and lovely restaurant up the side street next to the theatre. Great view from room, we were able to watch the arrival and departure of many ships including cruise ships and the boat trains."

"Excellent location next to the National Museum, RC Lido train station, Gelato Cesare, and the promenade. Only about 10 minute walk to the ferry port. Hotel had an excellent breakfast with many choices (muesli, fruit, yogurt, boiled eggs, ham and cheese, pastries, and even granita with brioche, among other options. They also had an excellent dinner menu. Rooms were clean and comfortable (AC helpful). I would stay here again."
