“The hotel is very well located. To my taste I found it very noisy, on sunday morning at 6:00am a very outloud noice (music) was being played. The first night on friday night noise from outside was heard from the room. The hotel has beautiful patios and a swimming pool, nice spa, very good food. The rooms need a face lift, I find the hotel over rated and over price. The staff was incredible though.”

“Everything was amazing! The hotel staff were very friendly and professional. Anything we needed, they would handle it right away! The breakfast was really good. One of the employees Santiago was very informative and helpful when we first arrived. We arrived early before check in but he kept us updated when the rooms were going to be ready and helped taking our bags to our rooms. I do wish they had a laundry room. We were infront of the wedding venue and it was perfect because we were traveling……

“Everything was excellent. the atmosphere was great, and the staff was very attentive. It is also close to everything. The only thing I didn't like was that the safe uses a key instead of a code; nobody wants to carry a key around while engaging in activities, as it can easily get lost. Additionally, the bathroom cleaning was very poor; they really need to improve the hygiene in the bathrooms. Aside from that, it is a very good hotel.”

“Charming hotel in the middle of the walled city made my stay comfortable and walking distance to the major attractions in Cartagena. Staff were very friendly and accommodating. Only area for improvement is that the Wi-Fi is spotty depending where you are located on the property.”

“Stayed for two nights here because my flight got cancelled. Glad I chose this place because it was great. The rooms are very nice. Perfect location in the middle of Cartagena walled city. 3 blocks from the Clock Tower. Close to many shopping and dining options. Very secure and staff on site 24/7. They were very kind and helpful. No guests allowed so if you bring company they will not allow it. Overall, this place is fantastic.”
