“Stayed at Bastión Luxury Hotel and had a great experience overall. The hotel was very clean, organized, and well maintained throughout the stay. One of the best parts was the location. Everything was nearby within the walled city as well as Getsemani and easily accessible, which made getting around very convenient. Breakfast was included and offered buffet-style options along with eggs made to order. While the breakfast was somewhat subpar compared to the rest of the hotel experience, there……

“We had no hot water in the shower. The temperature was cool. The rooms do not have direct windows to the outside so they are very dark. No breakfast buffet and the breakfast they did serve was mediocre at best. Four slices of burnt stale toast for two people. No variety of foods. They don’t even give us water. Had to ask for butter and salt and pepper. Completely unprepared. Located on a busy street. Definitely not a 5 star hotel. Don’t waste your money. ”
