“It is the worst experience in my life and the staff is rude and not helpful. They downgraded us and pretended to upgrade us! We are totally four people and reserved a family villa, however, they offered us a two-people villa, which provide us one double bed and 2 sofa beds for four people. Although they offered us 50% off, it ruined our vacation in Fira.”

“Never book this property using Expedia. We arrived and discovered Expedia did not make the reservation at the right hotel. We spent 3 hours on the phone with expedia in the hotel lobby trying to figure out the issue and never ended up getting a resolution. We ended up having to pay twice. Do not use Expedia for Greece, period.”

“Fantastic overall experience at Limestone. Iliana was a fantastic manager who really cares about the customer. Views were simply awesome. Custom Breakfast was delicious. Location was also very convenient. If anything, one of the rooms is directly on the street, so people would walk right past where we sat esp during sunset. But most times it is quiet and peaceful.”

“View of Caldera is spectacular. Best parts: having breakfast(included with stay) with sun rise and sunset in late afternoon (8pm). Since all the cliff side properties are only accessible by foot, need to meet the staff (Timis) in town square. He helped with luggage and offer suggestions and help with all the logistics. Communication is all done with WhatsApp. Very convenient but need internet access. There is no reception, so this is essentially to stay in contact with assigned staff.”
