「Awesome stay! Very friendly and professional staff from the room cleaning staff and throughout the hotel. Always felt welcomed and staff happy to serve/help in anyway. Ocean view and pools below...great vista. Unfortunately, a little noisy in late hours 2200-2330h a few nights from a particular bar off the hotel grounds but...we travel with ear plugs. Loved our room... luxury. Room service prompt. 」

Food was good when everything in the area was closed down and my massage with Maria was out of this world book your spot ahead of time because it sells out very quickly. 「Wir hatten einen rundum gelungenen Aufenthalt auf Madeira. Das Hotel liegt sehr zentral, sodass man vieles bequem zu Fuß erreichen kann. Das Personal war ausgesprochen freundlich und hilfsbereit – wir haben uns von Anfang an willkommen gefühlt. Die Zimmer waren modern eingerichtet, sehr sauber und gepflegt. Besonders angenehm war die Möglichkeit, den Spa-Bereich und die Pools im Nachbarhotel mitzunutzen. Dort konnten wir wunderbar entspannen und den Tag ausklingen lassen. Insgesamt ein tolles...

「Das Hotel alles in allem Super. Das Personal war überaus freundlich und zu vorkommend. Das Essens-Buffet war abwechslungsreich und jedes mal aufs neue ein Genuss. Das einzige was mich ein wenig enttäuscht hatte war, dass wir extra ein Zimmer mit Meerblick gebucht hatten, aber jedoch von unserem Zimmer hauptsächlich auf eine große Baustelle und die Stadt gesehen hatten. Erst irgendwo hinter dem Gebäudejungle und auch nur wenn man auf den Balkon hinaus ging konnte man das Meer dann sehen.」
