We stayed 3 nights. Love the convenient location to jr, tram and susukino. Also a stone throw to subway helped a lot especially with much baggage and some rain.

Just a short walk from airport bus stop which makes it easier and convenient to travel to and fro New Chitose airport. Excellent service from the hotel service, room is very clean and good amenities provided. Good varieties of food provided for hotel breakfast which is enough to fill your stomach before starting your day. Overall very good value for money.
