"4박 5일 동안 잘 쉬다가 갑니다. 매일 청소 서비스가 없어서 아쉬웠지만, 호텔내 직원들 모두 상냥하고 잘 응대 해주셔서 아주 잘 쉬었습니다. 특히 오도리공원이 바로 앞이고, 스스키노도 바로 근처라 위치도 좋았고, 14층 대욕탕 또한 아주 좋았습니다. 감사합니다."
