Great spot near downtown
Great budget stay. Small rooms but such is life in Japan. Service was great, as was the provided breakfast. 100/10 breakfast. Close to everything, easily walkable.

For it's price, everything is great, esp the onsen being available through the night, except that the air condition is too hot, I stayed during the middle of winter but was sweating in the room

Comfortable stay
Radium hot bath was fantastic, including open air bath on 4th floor. The room was nice & cosy, however it might need a bit of maintenance ; such as few noise from fridge and ventilation fan in the bathroom, also carpet was slightly outdated. We asked a heater and the staff brought it immediately, great service! Overall, we love the hotel and would like to stay once again.

Great location for Snow festival
Great location near Susikino. Perfect place if you are going for the snow festival as its only 7 min walk to the Odori site and less than 5 minutes to the Susukino site. If you are coming from Niseko on the Whiteliner get off at Tokyo Rei and its a 5 min walk. Rooms were very clean, quite spaceous and had some nice touches. Really loved the onsen too. The only change I would make is getting rid of the TVs in the onsen!

Good standard Japanese hotel
The hotel is an average Japanese hotel with basic amenities. The room and bathroom size are what you would expect, however, it would be nice to have a small closet or storage area for the suitcase. Additionally, we couldn't find the panel for the heater, so it got a little cold at night. The lobby has a strong odor of cigarette smell, but that's no uncommon for a Japanese hotel with a smoking room in the lobby. The hotel is located a few blocks from the Sapporo Winter Festival grounds, and really close to the original ramen alley.

Great stay relatively short distance from Susukino. Having Onsen available overnight is a joy. The only issue was that one could run out of towels very easily if not careful. Adding at least one face towel or a spot to replenish towels after Onsen if needed would be great.

Very convenient location for visiting the snow festival. Parking available on site. The public bath was not nice after a day of sightseeing. Found the pillows and bed to not be the most comfortable. Twin Room size is standard for Japanese cities..adequate for three people (2 adults, one child)

Good value for Sapporo
We often stay in Sapporo at different hotels. It's difficult to find cheap rooms, but this one was cheaper than usual and also better. Friendly staff and decent hot springs made it much better value than the other hotels we've stayed at.

Just a stone's throw away from Nakajima Koen Station, extremely accessible. While one station away from Susukino, it's actually just a 10 minute's stroll away. Great if you're looking to check out the night life while saving on taxi fares. Near enough to the hustle and bustle of the city but far enough for a quiet night's rest. The restaurant Farm to Table TERRA is also conveniently located on premise. Would recommend the restaurant's lunch sets, great value for money for the excellent quality of food and amazing ambiance. The menu offers extensive vegan/vegetarian and muslim friendly options. Onsen facilities were more than adequate; with four different baths to choose from, the hotel offers one of the biggest onsen facilities I've experienced. It did get crowded at times though so try to visit closer to opening and closing times. Also has a sauna. Would definitely consider staying at again if in Sapporo.

Basic, average stay with onsen.
I enjoyed the onsen because there was a bath with bubbles. Otherwise, the breakfast I paid for was average and the hotel was a bit of a walk from the subway. Also, the wi-fi service was not dependable and slow. There was an annoying step up you had to do to enter the bathroom and the elevators took forever to come to my floor when I ordered it.

This hotel is far away from JR station Sapporo, at least 30 min by walking, even take a subway to Susukino Station which is located at red light area, still have to walk for 15 min. Hotel service was reasonable

Generally ok except that i came back in the evening to find my travel pillow which was on the bed, on the floor where the shoes are. Super upset. The floor was carpeted and my travel pillow was cotton. I had to throw the pillow as i had allergy reactions to the dirt and not sure if there were microscopic insects that latched to the pillow. My neck developed hives and itched when i used in the train.
