Would recommend to my friends.
This is the second time we stayed here. Last time 5 years ago. The hotel is convenient for catching the subway. Elevator from sapporo station (exit) 24 is one street light away. We walked underground 90 % of the time. Odori park is on stop away. Susukino is two stops. Underground tunnels get you to pole town or Aurora . Front desk people were excellent and polite. Microwave and washer available.

Very good location and staff are friendly and good Service. The hotel provided all the necessary amenities including facial mask. The airport bus stop is just 2-3 mins walks, which is easy for luggage. The exit with elevator is also 2-3 mins walk, super convenient. Will definitely stay here again if we coming back to sapporo.

comfortable stay
great view out the window. very comfortable stay and convenient location (once you find the correct subway exit: less than 2min walk from exit 21 at Sapporo station on the Toho line). a spacious room and toilet, and delicious dripbag coffee. heating indoors was kinda overpowered.

Conveniently located right by Sapporo Station, hotel was easily accessible with a short walk from the airport limousine stop nearby as well. Staff was kind and efficient. Rooms reasonably sized and were kept immaculately clean.

The breakfast was great. You get to choose from 7 menus, of which 2 that I had were Japanese style full breakfast, and salmon rice bowl. Both of them were very satisfying. I'd visit here again for their breakfast.

친절한 스태프와 깔끔한 방 상태, 훌륭한 조식
전반적으로 가성비가 훌륭한 숙소였습니다. 1박당 약 1만원 정도 추가하고 구매한 조식도 훌륭했습니다(7가지 정도 되는 메뉴 중 1가지를 고르는 방식). 창문도 잘 열려 환기도 원활했습니다. 그리고 제가 체크아웃 할 당시 소지품을 객실에 두고 와서, 정말 진상스럽게도 프론트에 택배발송을 요청드렸는데 몇 번이나 이어진 이메일 요청에도 불구하고 친절하게 회신해주시고, 택배발송까지 도와주셔서 정말 감사했습니다. 다케우치님 정말 감사합니다. (참고로 국제택배는 불가합니다) 다음에도 삿포로를 방문하면 다시 이용할 것 같아요.

Great hotel in great location, 5 minute walk from Sapporo JR Station. Room was large, bed comfortable and included breakfast was delicious. There were 7 options including a kaisendon bowl with salmon/salmon roe, a crab porridge and even a bagel option. Strong WiFi. Staff very courteous and helpful. Check-in and check-out with easy-to-use machines.

The staff are well-trained, though very few of them could not speak English. Staff are helpful and friendly. Location is about 10min walk from JR station which is quite convenient. There are restaurants and convenience stores around. Finding food and snacks are not a problem. There are complimentary skin care products, including the hot bath powder, available at the reception. Those are useful for short stay travellers like for 1-2 days.

Very solid choice in Sapporo
The hotel is a quick walk away from the train station and near the Odori park. Room was simple but functional. As any hotel room in Japan, it was also very small (there is almost no storage space beyond a few hangers and a luggage rack). The hotel staff speak some English but are incredibly helpful and friendly. The breakfast in the hotel restaurant is tasty and filling, but you can also get a meal in a nearby cafe with the breakfast voucher. Wifi is fast and reliable.

삿포로 여행 대만족
1. 삿포로역에서부터 호텔근처 출구까지 지하도로 계속 이동할 수 있어서 캐리어끌때 날씨 영향 안받고 가는 점이 좋았어요. 22번 출구로 기억하는데 거기서 나와서 호텔 주차장쪽 출입문까지는 10m도 안되는 듯. 2. 욕조가 생각보다 넓어서 일본에 있을 때 항상 무릎 안펴지는 욕조에서 목욕하다가 발 쭉 피고 목욕했어요. 3. 직원들 서비스는 친절합니다. 샴푸로션 등 제외한 어매니티(티백이나 면도기 등)는 로비에 쌓아두고 필요한 만큼 가져가는 시스템인데 편하게 쓸 수 있어 좋고 안쓰는 거 쓰레기로 나오지 않아 좋네요. 4. 난방이 잘 되어서 따듯하게 잤습니다. 쌀쌀한가 싶다가도 객실에 비치해놓은 담요를 꺼내서 까니까 엄청 따뜻하더구요. 5. 욕실은 청소 후에도 살짝 물비린내가 나는 것 같아요. 샤워커튼 때문인지 모르겠지만 유일한 단점. 문 닫아두고 있으면 느껴질 정도는 아닙니다만. 6. 객실 내 콘센트는 110v만 있어서 변압기를 로비에서 빌려야합니다. 물론 친절히 빌려줍니다만, 여러 개 충전해야 했던 저같은 사람은 개인용 챙겨오세요. 7. Tv에 유튜브(물론 넷플, 디플 등도 있지만, 계정이 없어서..)가 제공되더라고요. 우리나라 방송 챙겨볼 수 있었어요. 8. 객실 내 공기청정기 있어서 24시간 가동이 가능함. 8. 전반적으로 매우 만족스럽습니다. 생각보다 눈이 많이 와서 외부 활동이 많이 제한되었고, 호텔방에 머무르는 시간이 이번 여행에서 거의 40%는 되었던 것 같아요. 냄새나 소리, 온도에 민감하면 불편함을 느끼는데 호텔이 편안해서 참 다행이었던 여행입니다. 다음에 또 오면 이곳에서 숙박할 것 같아요.

Great Stay in Sapporo!
Excellent location . Walking distance to JR station, Sapporo attractions. Helpful front desk .Room is clean. We can leave our luaggage if arrive early and also after checkout . Small but comfortable and clean room.

Just leave today. Value for money, close to JR, front desk staffs are friendly, room very clean, room cleaning staff very good. EVery thing is so like. I have been in Sapporo more than 10 times. Given the price this hotel is best I found.
