I wish I had good things to say about this hotel but I don't. The elevators didn't work, coffee makers didn't work, continental breakfast wasn't good. The staff was not very helpful.

The property is was horrible, the lift did not work. I was supposed to get a sea view room but didn’t. There wasn’t a soap for washing. There wasn’t a bin the room. There was a kitchen with no pots plates or cutlery’s. Ants on the bed on the floor. The owner want even around, her son was dealing with any issues. Didn’t clean the rooms even though I stayed for 3 nights. We could around the areas shops and other things. But I would never stay at Summer dream again.

Alla reception non parlano inglese, solo albanese, spesso non c’è nessuno. Riescono a essere scortesi pure senza parlare la lingua. Il bagno sporco, con capelli di ospiti precedenti, non puliti neppure durante il nostro soggiorno. Porta asciugamani rotto, scarico acqua rotto, doccia senza tenda che allaga tutto. Camera senza comfort…. Pagamento maggiorato perché ho pagato con la carta di credito.

No electricity no WiFi no water only lies

The hotel went out of electricity and wifi during the evening. The electricity went back after 30 mins but the WiFi did not. We had to walk to a different restaurant to send emails around 11pm. The staff promised that the WiFi will be back morning at 8. Am but we waited until 12, not only did WiFi never back, electricity went out again at 10.30. Even water went out at 11 so I could not finish my shower and used bottled water to flush. We decided that we want to stay in a different hotel but the staff refuse to refund future nights. He kept lying to us that the it would be fixed in 10 mins while nobody came to fix and they contacted nobody. They also lied that the whole city is out of electricity and WiFi but when we walked 100 meters to the next hotels, there are WiFi and electricity. The location is also hard to find and there is no guidance about how to reach.

Buono ma migliorabili i dettagli

A parte qualche problemino iniziale perché non erano al corrente che la mia prenotazione fosse pagata in anticipo, per il resto direi che il soggiorno è andato bene. PREGI: pulizia; materasso comodo; stanza di generose dimensioni; colazione a buffet (anche se con un'offerta di pietanze un po inusuale); personale estremamente disponibile; wifi disponibile. DIFETTI: stanze mal isolate acusticamente (se i vicini sono rumorosi come quelli che abbiamo beccato noi, anziché relax, farete notte bianca!); il mobilio sembra assemblato tra vari lowcost acquistati qua e là (in camera avevo letti con testiere diverse, armadio di altro tipo ancora); aggiungerei una mensola in bagno per appoggiare il cambio d'abiti dopo la doccia; mal indicato dalla strada principale (l'ingresso della via è adiacente al bora bora); manca la raccolta differenziata dei rifiuti; il solito problema di fognature maleodoranti che c'è in gran parte dell'Albania; la strada per arrivare dal mare è costeggiata da un rigagnolo di fognatura a ciel sereno! Comunque, in generale nulla di grave ma è una struttura potenzialmente di categoria superiore ed è un peccato che i dettagli siano curati poco.
