  • Beautiful house with private heated pool. Close to Anna Maria island and beaches. Located near many shops and restaurants. Kayaking, beach horseback riding, fishing, and golf courses are only minutes away. House is newly renovated and has all brand new appliances and furniture. House has 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. Master bedroom, second bedroom, and living room have smart TV's. There is also a grill for guests to use on the patio. House is fully equipped with everything you need to enjoy your stay: 6 bikes, coolers, umbrellas, beach chairs , beach tents and pool/ beach toys. There are four security cameras located on the outside of the property that cover the driveway, front door, and sides of the property. There is a $15 fee per day for heated pool in form of check , cash or zelle.

Aneta was great! The place was amazing, clean, comfy beds and perfect for a getaway! The pool wa fantastic we loved it! We are definitely going to book here again next year! Came with 3 siblings for week in Bradenton for spring training. House was great location to get to Lecom Field, Anna Maria Island, and good restaurants. Clean, nicely furnished house. Great kitchen. Wonderful pool area.

We loved everything about this rental! Our host was excellent from beginning to end. Communicated well and quickly. As soon as we walked in it smelled glorious! The heated pool was our favorite part and was perfect for our November stay. Rooms were in immaculate condition, clean and fully stocked. Kitchen had everything we needed and fully stocked as well. Absolutely perfect!

The property had everything we needed and…. Oh so much more!Perfectly situated, close to beaches and all amenities.The house was spotless, plentiful supply of towels, bathroom products and store cupboard ingredients. We stayed for just over 3 weeks and it couldn’t have been more perfect.Lazy days by the pool , trips to the beaches, Bradenton pier and downtown, Sarasota is a very special place to visit and the dolphin cruise from Bradenton Pier was fabulous. My wife, her son, his wife and their two younguns stayed here over thanksgiving week. We loved the place and had a blast every day. The pool was fun!
