4-plex apartment "D" (first floor, king bedroom, post storms restored / all new interior-additional updated pictures soon) is located just across Gulf Drive from the Gulf waters and in the middle of Bradenton Beach city on southern end of Anna Maria Island.

Walk to all convenience: Walking distance to the best the island has to offer, including the FREE AMI Trolley, Historical Bridge Street, The Bradenton Beach city pier, the Bay, lots of restaurants, shops, bars, ice cream parlors, and of course one of the BEST island beaches in America.

Watch the frequently seen dolphins from the beach just across Gulf Drive... Stay here for your beach wedding or family reunions.

An hour or so before the sunsets, fire up the large stainless grill in the large enclosed picnic area (lighted & on property) and enjoy your meal while watching the sunset from your living area apartment window...

Amazing stay!

Beautiful and spacious one bedroom with spectacular views of the ocean and just steps from the beach. We loved waking up to the ocean views and being able to walk across the street to be at the beach.

Loved it!

I loved this place! I came solo and stayed in villa D. It’s the perfect space for 1-2 people. It was very clean and the bed is super comfy. The beach is right across the street and there are many restaurants that you can walk to nearby. The owner, Mike, is very responsive if you need anything. I’ll definitely be back!

An excellent beach house

Great little apartment, excellent location, host (Captain Mike) is super responsive and accommodating. Loved the beach chairs and towels and patio out back. Will book again if we come back to AMI!

Super convenient to where we wanted to be

We were there for a special occasion and it was near to a nice restaurant (Beach House-yum!), the beach access was right there, and close to Bridge Street and shopping. The staff were super helpful in helping us retrieve an item we left behind. In all, a perfect little getaway.

Nice Place and great Host

Completely new inside after the hurricane last year (2024). Owner is working on the outside but it doesn't hurt anything. Owner/host was great. Worked with us to get checked in 2-3 hours early. Allowed us to leave our luggage until we could get in. We went to the Wicked Cantina and then the beach while we waited. The beach is right across the road. Walking distance to several restaurants/bars, gas station, shops, etc. Unless you have to have be fanciest and best of everything you won't be disappointed. I would return.

Love Capt. Mike's place!

The location, cleanliness, and ease of booking Capt. Mike's place can only be topped with the amenities provided during our stay. The beach chairs/towels and kitchen furnishings were sooooo great to use, and the bed linens and towels were of a high quality. Would love to visit and stay at this location in the future!

We had a wonderful stay and the location was perfect. It was within walking distance to everything. I found it was very quiet at night which I wasn't expecting because of the road so near by. The owner was very responsive and very kind. Thank you for a wonderful stay.

Perfect!

We very much enjoyed our stay at Salty Living, our condo felt spacious for myself, my husband and our two year old. The location was perfect, we were across the street from Bradenton Beach and just blocks from Bridge street. Our condo came with everything we needed to make our trips to the beach smooth and easy. Mike was helpful, gave us great recommendations and even offered a very early check- in. We would definitely stay again!

Perfect Stay

Property was as advertised. Perfect location with 2 minute walk to the beach. Close to resteraunts, shops and free trolley. Communication with Mike was great , check in a breeze. The unit was cozy and clean, everything you need is here. It was a perfect stay. Got to meet Mike in person and ge was very polite and sincere checking on us. Cant go wrong with this place.

Location Location Location

We stayed here for a short getaway, and we were pleased with the location. The property is close to a variety of restaurants and shopping, and it's just a short walk across the street to the beach. The property is clean, and check-in was extremely easy. Additionally, property management was very responsive. My wife had a concern, and Mike responded and addressed the issue immediately and respectfully.
