Fabulous house and location

This is a very special spot on Anna Maria. The view of Bean Point Beach was superb. The house was immaculate and very well maintained. I highly recommend it.

Spectacular!

This home was PERFECT for a multigenerational family, Covid friendly, holiday getaway. Location on Bean Point was ideal. Water views from every room. Pool, outdoor living space, all great. Beautifully and tastefully decorated throughout with high end finishes. We have rented many homes around the country - and the world - this was a truly special spot. We will be back!

Last minute find

The home is beautiful and has every amenity you could want. It’s comfortable and tastefully decorated. The rental agency is responsive and helpful. Compared to other oceanfront locations I’ve stayed at its one of the best. The island is not as upscale as I expected it’s very touristy. But the local folks are warm and friendly with few exceptions. I would highly recommend this property if you are staying in the area!

Great family home on the beach with pool

We traveled with our 4 & almost 2 year old, as well as 2 sets of grandparents. The home is beautiful, layout with pool in the front so you can view the ocean is very nice. There are plenty of bathrooms to provide privacy & space when traveling with multiple families. Spiral stairs are tough if anyone has difficulty with mobility (2 year old was not allowed to navigate those alone), but otherwise home is great. The wagon provided was perfect for hauling all the beach supplies. Overall we loved the space & location. The sunsets were fantastic!

Spectacular Seaside Oasis

This exquisite home on the beach was precisely as advertised. Well appointed with beautiful architectural touches, it still manages to feel warm and welcoming. The kitchen is a dream for anyone who loves to cook with a spectacular Italian gas stove that gave me stove envy. And the additional ice maker was a wonderful complement - as was a separate wine frig we used to store water, sodas and cocktails as well as our wine. We bought beach chairs, which turned out to be unnecessary since there are at least six on property. And all the rooms are well stocked with enough towels for the beach and pool. The sunset views are spectacular from the second floor. We would highly recommend this home.

Great house

The house is amazing. So much space and multiple areas to enjoy the sun or stay in the shade. Very short walk to the beach. Great for a crowd If you want to cook, just know that besides some spices, you’ll need to bring everything else. But there is a Publix close by. I’d highly recommend this house!
