Technology: We provide WIFI on both 2.5ghz & 5ghz signals. There is a wireless accesspoint upstairs and downstairs for connetivity. The speeds are fully capable of zoom calls and online streaming. There is A/C and heating units for both upstairs and downstairs with temperature controls via Google nest.

Living Room: features large sectional sofa and additional love seat. There is a 65" smart TV with Amazon Video for your streaming entertainment.

Kitchen: has full cookware and utensils. There is a large french door refridgerator & bottom freezer with ice maker. There are 12 large&small plates and bowls, drinking glasses, wine glasses and 8 coffee mugs.
You can cook on the electric stove, oven, microwave, toaster and we have a coffee maker as well. Additionally there is a walk in pantry and kitchen island with 4 barstools.

Backyard Patio: The Lanai features a large sectional sofa and firepit. We provide propane gas for the firepit and there is a backup tank in the garage. There is a Traeger wood pellet grill for BBQing. We also have a decent backyard space. (* We have plans to put in a swimming pool so check back later *)

Dinning Room: We have a large 8 person dinning table with 8 chairs.

Upstairs Mezzanine: When you walk up there is a living area where you will find a cozy office desk to work remotely from.

Master Bedroom 1: The master features a King bed with 40" smart TV and streaming. This bedroom has its own private bathroom. There is a remote controlled fan in the room as well.

Master Bathroom 1: This is directly attached to the Master bedroom. It features a walk-in shower and bath tub with duel vanity and private toliet room. Additionally there is a walk-in closet.

Bedroom 2: This private room has a Queen sized bed. This particular room has its own balcony looking over the front of the house. There is a remote controlled fan in the room as well.

Bedroom 3: There is a Queen sized bed in this private room. There is a remote controlled fan in the room as well.

Bedroom 4: There is a Queen sized bed in this private room. There is a remote controlled fan in the room as well.

Upstairs Bathroom: This bathroom is shared amongst the upstairs bedrooms.

Laundry: There is a dedicated laundry room upstairs with a seperate washer and drier machine.


Security: We only have security cameras facing the front of the property. The front door lock can be opened remotely if needing assistance. There is a backup lock box.
