「The title beach house close to everything is so accurate. A perfect stay particularly if like me you just wanted a few days of relaxation from city life. The beach house is cosy, welcoming with lots of additional extras in the kitchen and bathroom to make the stay even better! 「We had couple of days of nice and tranquil time watching the birds play around the trees as we were looking for some time to chill. The accommodation is very well setup and clean. 「The host gave comprehensive instructions for check in and offered additional bedding. The house was clean, warm and inviting. 「The accommodation is spacious and clean. Overall, the living environment is comfortable. However, the weather in our accommodation is a little hot these days, but there is no air conditioning in the bedroom area on the second floor. 「The house has been expertly renovated and is a great place to stay for exploring the Central Coast. We found it quite difficult to find initially as it is located behind another house, and Umina itself is not at all "touristy", but once we got over those two issues we thoroughly enjoyed our stay.
